Poor and not worth RM400 per night

Cons:

The property is unclean and has poor hygiene. There was a dusty room, an unwashed water jar, and a very small space for RM400. A staff member woke us up at 11:00 PM just to deliver towels. The air conditioning was unserviced and noisy, the washroom floor was unclean and yellowish, and the toiletries were poor quality. Additionally, the elevator glitched, which was very concerning.

Good Trying
Pros:

In the middle city of Putrajaya.

Cons:

The pillow is not comfortable.
I got the room which is beside the sound of blower most of time.
Normal room quiet expensive.

Pros:

the breakfast was amazing! We love it!

Cons:

The room was not cleaned after we came back from the meeting, the towel was not replaced until told and we are running out of toilet paper since it is not replaced for three days staying there.

Not worth the money

Cons:

It was raining heavily the morning before we checked out. Water was dripping from the ceiling.
Telephone in the room was not working.
Room service food was not tasty. Dry and tasteless. Seafood was not fresh.
