Hay muco que mejorar

Solo la ubicación, me quedé ahí por que fui a un asunto de trabajo que tuvo al hotel como sede pero no repetiría.

Cons:

El personal de recepción que para mí es la principal imagen y primera impresión del lugar deja mucho que desear en su atención. Se dedican a hacer solo su trabajo, no hay calidez ni valor agregado que invite a dejar propina, su trato es básico, responden verbalmente lo mínimo indispensable. Igual el mesero de desayunos,hombre robusto que cree que me está haciendo un favor. Viajé solo y su trato me dejo percibir prejuicios a diferencia del trato a los grupos familiares.

El servicio.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba helada. No pusierón la caldera hasta el viernes y los huespedes que estuvimos entre semana no pudimos disfrutar realmente de la alberca.
