Good place yo stay while visiting other places
Pros:

It is more like a family restaurant and ai recomen it for a stay where you won’t actually be at the hotel. The pool is ok for kids, we webt o a wedding and came in late and the staff was super nice and have us silverware for some food we brought. The restaurant has good eggs and pancakes. It was just what we needed for a one night stay

Cons:

Water was not so hot in the late night, perfect in the morning

El lugar es perfecto, sus habitaciones estan bien, el trato es amigable, la comida no esta muy rica

La limpieza, las instalaciones muy bien y el personal muy atento, me gustó mucho

Cons:

La tele no tiene ninguna plataforma como Netflix o HBO y los colchones están un poco duros no son muy comodos

Mi alojamiento en hotel Real del sol en cuernavaca.
Pros:

La alberca pero el agua estaba fría

Cons:

No puedes tomar ni comer nada en el area de la alberca, ni en el área de descanso. No permiten que pases nada al menos que consumas de su restaurante y los precios son elevados.
Y para bañarme tuve problemas con el agua porque salía fría.

Cancelaron mi reservación sin previo aviso! Llegue al hotel tiempo despues de la hora estipulada del check-in(3pm) debido al trafico de la autopista(alrededor de las 8pm). Y para mi sorpresa al querer hacer el registro y descansar del largo trayecto me encuentro con que mi reservación había sido cancelada y que intentaron notificarme sin éxito. Lo cual me lleva a pensar que hubo una sobreventa de las habitaciones debido a la alta demanda de la temporada(yo reserve con semanas de anticipación por eso tenia una tarifa mas baja), dejandonos a la deriva teniendo que buscar un alojamiento mucho mas costoso.

Deberían de cambiar su política de check-in y agregar que si no llegan minutos despues del tiempo su reserva puede ser cancelada con solo un "intento" de comunicarse sabiendo que en los tramos carreteros puede no haber señal celular en ciertos trayectos.
