Average unfortunately because riverside location is great and room is great. Lack of aircon is a real problem.

Direkt am Fahrradweg - Zimmer wirklich sehr geräumig und sauber

Cons:

Man konnte aus dem ersten Stock nicht auf die Ruhr blicken… so wie auf dem foto versprochen.

Für das Frühstück gab es billige Teller- nicht ansprechend bei dem Preis.

Schönes Hotel an der Ruhr mit modernen Zimmern

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, von guter Größe und mit schöner Aussicht.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr altmodisch und passt nicht wirklich zum Rest des Hauses. Außerdem war das Frühstück für ein 4* Hotel sehr dürftig und meines Erachtens mit viel Luft nach oben. Außerdem empfanden wir es als sehr merkwürdig, dass die Dame die im Frühstücksbereich arbeitet zeitgleich auch für die Rezeption und den Check out zuständig ist. Die arme Mitarbeiterin hetzte hin und her und für den Check out musste man in die hinterste Ecke im Frühstücksraum. Das wirkte für die Preiskategorie leider nicht angemessen.

Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Tolles, großzügiges Zimmer mit gemütlichem "Bockspringbett" und mit tollem Blick auf die Ruhr vom Balkon !!!!

De locatie en de staat van het hotel was goed

Cons:

De communicatie bij het oplossen van een probleem is slecht. Er is een bedrag te veel gefactureerd, dit is meermaals gemeld maar wordt niet opgelost. Het gaat om een bedrag dat gecrediteerd moet worden door een fout bij de boekhouding.
