Cozy place
Pros:

Gute Unterkunft mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn Restaurantbetrieb ist schnell der Parkplatz knapp, aber woanders hat man oft gar keinen oder bezahlt sich dumm und dusselig.
Zimmer eher einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber.
Für den Preis kann man kein Luxus-Frühstück erwarten, aber es gab einiges an Auswahl, es hat geschmeckt und ich wurde satt. Auch gut, dass man sich ein Lunchpaket machen kann (wurde aber nicht genutzt).
Lage für Rheinsteigwanderer perfekt. Ich gehörte zwar nicht zu denen, aber eine Stunde Joggen auf dem Rheinsteig war schön.
Personal ist freundlich.

Die Lage für Rheinsteigwanderer ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Ein netter kleiner Familienbetrieb, der sich mit Herz um seine Gäste kümmert.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und war gut zu verdunkeln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend..

Klasse Hotel am Wanderweg
Pros:

Schon auf der Terrasse wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel macht einen offenen Eindruck und liegt wunderbar an Rheinsteig und Rheinhöhenweg.

Das Personal ist rundherum freundlich. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer praktikabel eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Technik funktioniert. Wasserdruck in der Dusche ordentlich.

Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und die Idee mit dem Proviantbeutel ist für Wanderer klasse.

A lovely traditional hotel, with a great room that had a great view of the forest. We even got our walking boots cleaned before entering the hotel.

Pros:

Das Personal und der Inhaber waren freundlich. Es wurde ein Tisch reserviert, den wir gerne annahmen. Essen und Frühstück waren gut und ausreichend. Besonders haben wir viel frisches Obst zum Frühstück geschätzt. Die Lage am Rheinsteig war optimal. Das Bett war bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen.

Cons:

Es gab eine Gesellschaft. Um in unsere Zimmer zu kommen, mussten wir durch den Saal, das fand ich nicht so günstig. Eins der drei gebuchten Zimmer lag direkt über dem Saal und man hat den Feierlärm gut gehört. Die Duschen waren etwas speziell: es war wenig Wasserdruck auf den Leitungen und die Temperatur schwankte ständig zwischen kochendheiß und eiskalt.
