God beliggenhed. Godt værelse. God morgenmad

Cons:

Besværlig indtjekning. Kunne ikke få app til at virke. Mange mail som kun stod på tjekkisk, så blev nødt til at bruge AI for at gennemskue, hvad vi skulle gøre. Der bør sendes 1 mail, som skal være på engelsk til udlændinge med korte præcise oplysninger om hvordan man skal gøre.

Schönes Hotel aber miserabler Service
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Es gibt überhaupt kein Personal, der Check-in ist am Computer zu machen und alle Türen sind mittels Code zu öffnen. Wenn man ein Problem hat, gibt es eine Telefonnummer, bei der entweder gar niemand abhebt oder jemand, der kaum englisch kann und dem technische Probleme zu erklären fast unmöglich ist. Bei meinem Türschloss war die Batterie leer und es hat einen halben Tag gedauert, bis ich wieder in mein Zimmer und zu meinen Sachen konnte, dass ist bei einem Kurzurlaub eigentlich unmöglich. Man wird auf das Personal im angrenzenden Café verwiesen, dass aber auch nur sehr widerwillig hilft. Entschuldigt hat sich niemand, Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus!

Pěkný čistý pokoj s kuchyňským koutem v podkroví.

Cons:

Parkování dál od hotelu, při odjezdu bylo náměstí pro vjezd aut uzavřeno a kufry a vše ostatní jsme museli do auta přenést.

Günstig und schön.
Pros:

Gutes, günstiges Hotel. Frühstück ok, aber Raum etwas eng. Tolle Lage in der. Altstadt. Super-sichere Fahrrad-Garage. Prima Bett.

Cons:

Checkin-Prozess nur digital. Umständlich und nicht wirklich komfortabel. Hat aber funktioniert.
