Echt een leuke lokatie
Pros:

Wat een geweldig leuk hotel. Ja het is oud en je moet veel bukken maar daarvoor krijg je terug een prima bed, ruime kamer, lekker vers ontbijt en ontzettend lief en warm personeel, indien mogelijk komen wij nog een keer terug! Voor de mensen met honden, er is een tuin bij waar ze bij goede gedrag gewoon los mogen lopen ej ook in de beneden ruimtes is dat gren enkel probleem.

Cons:

Er is 1 echt grote maar, de douchestraal is niet eens een straal te noemen, de rest van het sanitair is prima en passend bij het oude gebouw maar de douche is na een dag veel llopen en reizen echt een domper.

Struttura caratteristica e staff accogliente, peccato per le camere
Pros:

Il giardino che circondava la struttura veramente grazioso. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Buona la possibilità di parcheggiare in loco o nella strada di fronte.

Cons:

Le stanze decisamente da rivedere. La nostra aveva il pavimento inclinato (di tanto!!) sia in camera che in bagno. Sanitari fatiscenti. Addirittura il lavandino aveva i rubinetti di acqua calda e fredda separati, senza possibilità di miscelare i due getti. Letto scomodo. Impossibilità di oscurare completamente (o anche solo in buona parte) le finestre, con il risultato che alle 5 di mattina la camera era già in piena luce. È un peccato perché la struttura di per sé è caratteristica e graziosa, e i membri dello staff davvero gentili. Ma le camere sono un NO.

A good value B & B with a big, tasty breakfast nice and close to Eastborne.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Good location for Eastborne.

Cons:

A hook to hang clothes in the bathroom would have been good as there was nowhere to put them when having a shower.

Het Engelse ontbijt, heerlijk vers bereid.

Cons:

Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar dat heeft ook zijn charme. Mooi dat het een plek is waar mensen met beperking een kans krijgen om te werken. De badkamer was ook verouderd, waardoor het lastig was om douchewater op normaal temperatuur te krijgen (kon zomaar kokend heet worden) en met een hele kleine waterstraal. De kamer was ook wat lager, dus regelmatig stootte iemand zijn hoofd tegen een deurpost of een lamp. Wij waren er 2 nachten, dat was prima verder.

Pros:

De ligging, de tuin, de bar, het ontvangst was allemaal prima. Geweldige plek om te verblijven

Cons:

In de tuin was een verjaardagsfeestje. Om een onbekende reden moest daar achtergrondmuziek bij die veel te hard stond. De verjaardags gasten zaten leuk te kletsen en hoorden de muziek helemaal niet en hadden dat ook niet nodig. Voor de overige gasten was het erg storend.
