Sehr schöne Zeit. Würden wir weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Es hatte gutes Frühstück. Die Aussicht war zudem sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte uns bei Fragen gut weiterhelfen. Zudem hatte es einen sehr schönen Pool.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hatte fast ein bisschen wenig Power, jedoch ist das nicht weiter schlimm. Es gab ab und zu kleine Stromausfälle von 1-2min aber das ist ein äusseres Problem, für welches das Hotel selbst keinen Einfluss nehmen kann.

Cons:

L’absence d’aide du personnel - l’adresse fournie par booking était fausse et nous a conduit sur un chemin accidenté et de roches calcaires.
Après discussion avec la standardiste, l’adresse a été confirmée par celle ci au lieu de nous expliquer comment se rendre à l’hôtel.
Le manager a refusé de prendre l’appel et nous a demandé de le contacter sur booking.
Nous avons dû trouver un logement d’urgence en remplacement et avons formulé une demande d’annulation sur conseil de l’hôtel (qui a bien évidemment été refusée lors des échanges sur booking)
Nous sommes très déçues de cette mésaventure et invitons les futurs clients à se méfier de cet hôtel.

Tágas szoba, sok pakolási lehetőség, nagy erkély.

Przyjemny hotel na kilka nocy, blisko do centrum.
Pros:

Duży pokój - na ostatnim piętrze hotelu z przepięknym widokiem i ogromnym tarasem. Basen ok, śniadania ok, ale szybko się kończyły i późno donoszono kolejne rzeczy. Obsługa bardzo miła. Parking ok.

Cons:

Częściowo zepsute meble na tarasie, brak zabezpieczenia przy boku basenu, na śniadanie niestety produkty szybko się kończyły i ich nie donoszono, więc lepiej przyjść wcześniej.

Osoblje je zaista bilo veoma ljubazno i prijatno – od recepcije, preko restorana, pa sve do gospođe koja se brinula o higijeni. Svi su bili srdačni i profesionalni, što je naš boravak učinilo još lepšim. Poseban pozdrav za Lejlu od najmlađeg drugara Save 😊
