It was fine for a basic continental breakfast. The refrigerator was not functioning so no yogurt was available that morning, but not a big deal.
Great Location with Big Johns Market accross the street.
ALl night long and being on the bottom floor, People coming in slamming doors, Workers I will assume was the problem. I suggest being on a different floor. We will stay again only on a different floor.
Easy access to the main Highway, 101 North California
Very clean and staff members are all wonderful.
Adequate
Not overly helpful staff
Location was right on a walking path that takes you downtown. We got upgraded to a suite that was very spacious and had a great view from the 3rd floor. Clean room. Little kitchen could have used a few basics like glasses and utensils but had coffee maker, sink? Microwave and fridge. Overall great experience
Bed was hard
Room was clean , enjoyed having the small fridge and the microwave oven.
The gentlemen that greeted us on our arrival was very rude.
Location
The check in hotel clerk was extremely rude. I would hardly call that a breakfast. They also charge you to park your car. I would not recommend this hotel.
This hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The prices were reasonable and the breakfast was quite generous. Many amenities were offered: beautiful toiletries, coffee in-room, creative decorating details like multicolored lights around the wall and a lit-up mirror frame.
Even though there was a policy on changing bed linens and towels only every three days (the length of our stay), the housekeeper took meticulous care of our rooms, making our beds, freshening up everything, and restocking our supplies when needed. She did give us new towels when they were obviously used by us.
The only thing that caused great inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. Wouldn't you know it, we were assigned rooms on the third (top) floor, and we are seniors with mobility problems. I was afraid I was going to fall down the stairs dragging my suitcase up to my room. In checking out, I brought the contents of my suitcase down in small quantities.
In the future, we will only be guests again if we are assigned rooms on the first floor.
