Perfect location, friendly staff, stunning views, next to many cafes and restaurants.
Pros:

Perfect location on the river by the old bridge right in the centre, beautiful views of the hills, city, castle and river nearby and from some rooms. Simple but clean and comfortable rooms of varying sizes, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Within a few steps many good restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

For me it was all perfect, excellent value and location while being comfortable and friendly.

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt ist hervorzuheben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet und für einen Kurzaufenthalt mehr als ausreichend.

Sehr empfehlenswert – sauber, ruhig und mit herausragendem Service.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel! Mein Zimmer war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand – Bett, Boden und Bad waren sauber, gepflegt und die Matratze nicht durchgelegen. Das Zimmer lag ruhig zum Innenhof. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal und natürlich die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Heidelberg. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen.

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir haben es gerne gemocht.
Pros:

Genau im Herzen Heidelbergs, sehr sauber, neues Bad, sehr freundliches Personal, ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, wie gewünscht.

Cons:

Bissel maroder Charme, kleiner enger Raum, kein Aufzug, keine Parkplätze, kleiner süßer etwas baufälliger Balkon.

Location exceptional... room small and a bit loud... but great for the value. Would stay there again
Pros:

Can't beat the location. Super convenient in the Alstadt. So a little loud when the windows are open. The room was very acceptable for a one night stay. Mattress and linens/towels were excellent.
We didn't have the breakfast.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Heidelberg die beste Lage.
Pros:

Niedliches, kleines, individuelles und sehr gemütliches Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durchweg sehr herzlich begleitet.

Pros:

Oikein hyvä sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Rautatieasemalta noin 3 km, kävellen matkan taitoimme. Respa oli paikalla, kun saavuimme, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui konella itsenäisesti. Lappusia ei enää täytelty. Hissiä ei ollut, kapeahkot portaat kolmanteen kerrokseen. Kiva, rauhallinen ja pieni hotelli.

Die Lage direkt an der alten Brücke ist top und dennoch ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Bad ist klein, aber relativ neuwertig, die Dusche super. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Instantkaffee, Föhn, alles da.

Cons:

Das Bett war für unser Empfinden zu hart. Die Möbel haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Leider lassen sich die Fenster mit dünnen hellen Vorhängen nur unzureichend verdunkeln.
