Przepiękne miejsce, super serwis, wrażenia na całe życie.
Pros:

Hotel jest usytuowany w doskonałym miejscu, z widokiem na kalderę zapierającym dech w piersiach. Serwis jest na najwyższym poziomie. Szacunek dla całej załogi i w szczególności dla Pani z recepcji, która cierpliwie i szczegółowo odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania. Pokoje z pełnym wyposażeniem. Pyszne śniadania serwowane na tarasie apartamentu. No i własny basenik. Wynik 10.0 :)

Absolutely magical
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Altana. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with lovely decoration, a gorgeous pool and truly breathtaking views over the caldera.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and we loved our little terrace overlooking the caldera. But the location is what makes Altana really extraordinary: being perched right above one of Santorini’s most iconic blue-domed churches, with that incredible view in front of you, is quite unforgettable.

And above all, the staff were absolutely adorable. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and genuinely kind to us throughout our stay. They made an already beautiful experience feel very special.

We loved every minute of our stay and left Altana wishing we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to be back next year.

Thank you to the whole team — you were wonderful.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff is amazing, super helpful and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Special shoutout to Stila who took her time to plan our stay with us and gave us many great recommendations. The room was beautiful and spacious and the view is just insane. The plunging pool/jacuzzi has a great temperature and is we’ll maintained. Breakfast was perfect and exactly as ordered. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There are restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel and the views from there are amazing (arguably better than in very touristy areas) but just keep in mind that you’ll need a car or ATV or you can hike to Oia and Fira, the main cities on the island. We ended up taking the bus and it was easy and cheap.

Pros:

Emplacement de rêve offrant une vue imprenable sur la caldeira. Hôtel magnifique avec personnel aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est généreux et délicieux.

Cons:

Bruit de fond constant (et pas très dérangeant) de la piscine sur le toit de la chambre. Commun à Santorini j'imagine.

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking caldera views
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Altana. The location in Imerovigli is spectacular, with breathtaking views over the caldera, and our suite was beautiful, spacious and full of character. Having our own private plunge pool and terrace overlooking the caldera made the experience truly special.

The breakfast was excellent, and the entire team was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The service was outstanding from beginning to end and made us feel very well looked after. Altana was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece and we would definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing
Pros:

The accommodation exceeds expectations in every way. The photos shown are lovely, but once you arrive, the reality surpasses them. The friendliness of all the staff, how easy it is to communicate with them, and the way they take care of everything you might need.
Once you arrive at the accommodation, in my case in the taxi they’ve arranged for me, the staff are waiting to take your luggage up to your room via the footpaths – as it’s not possible to drive right up to the door – making for a spectacular and comfortable arrival. The welcome drink, the explanation and the attention to detail on arrival. Another thing we didn’t know was that they serve breakfast on your terrace every day. A generous and excellent breakfast, with a choice of dishes, served against an unbeatable backdrop. We’ll definitely be back – it was one of my best holidays, thanks in large part to Altana.
