The staff, the food and location.
The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No designated smoking areas, we couldn't sit outside of an evening, too many people were smoking, spoilt our stay.

Relax e divertimento a due passi dal mare
Pros:

Grande varietà di buffet, personale di sala eccellente coordinato da Tania una persona molto competente, sempre disponibile e presente. I ragazzi dell’animazione bravissimi come anche il loro capo gruppo Enzo! Ci siamo divertiti e rilassati moltissimo! La spiaggia è collegata direttamente all’hotel e dispone di lettini, ombrelloni e doccia gratuita. Ottimo anche il cibo servito alla taverna (secondo me la migliore pita con gyros mangiata in tutta l’isola!).

Η απόλυτη χαλάρωση
Pros:

Εκπληκτικό πρωινό, εκπληκτική κουζίνα για μεσημεριανό και δείπνο με πολλές επιλογές, διαφορετικές καθημερινά, για όλα τα γούστα! Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, η παραλία μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο πάρα πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη με διαθεσιμότητα σε ξαπλώστρες όλη την ημέρα. Ο χώρος της πισίνας όμορφος και δυνατότητα για διάφορες δραστηριότητες και για παιδιά. Κάθε βράδυ στο υπαίθριο θέατρο είχε διαφορετικό πρόγραμμα ψυχαγωγίας για όσους ήθελαν να μείνουν στο ξενοδοχείο. Το σαλόνι ευρύχωρο και παρόλο που ήταν γεμάτο το ξενοδοχείο δεν είχε την αίσθηση της πολυκοσμίας. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό με το παραπάνω. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά καθαρό, λίγο μικρό για 5άστερο, αλλά έτσι κι αλλιώς είχε τόσους πολλούς εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους που δεν θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Αν έπρεπε κάτι να βελτιωθεί θα ήθελα οι πετσέτες να είναι λίγο πιο καινούργιες.

Umuligt at opliste hvad der ikke virker i en kort sammenhæng på dette hotel. .
Dog som hovedpunkter.
Maden er overkogt og det meget af det er direkte uspiseligt, f.eks. fik vi lasagne der smagte og lugtede af en mellemting af cigaretter og afføring. De få ting som kan spises som f.eks. salatbar, løber hurtigt tør og bliver ikke fuldt op igen. Til gengæld bliver der lavet mængder af pizzaer og pasta oma. Der aldrig bliver spist - vanvittigt madspild de har.
Hele hotellet og ikke mindst værelserne er slidt op, airconditionen virker ikke ordentligt, rainshower/bruserarrangement der ser fint ud på billederne er slidt op og ved at falde ned af væggen.
Køleskabet på værelset er så gammelt og ulækkert, at man ikke bør benytte det.
Ubrugelige stole på en ellers fin størrelse terrasse, gør at man ikke kan bruge den.
Ved henvendelse i receptionen omkring defekt A/C skete der intet, så vi måtte sove i ca 28 graders varme.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend.

Wir haben dieses Hotel als 4-Sterne-All-inclusive-Hotel gebucht und waren rundum begeistert. Für uns hat es sich eher wie ein 5-Sterne-Urlaub angefühlt.

Wir hatten kein Grund um nicht zufrieden zu sein.

Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen
Pros:

Ich hatte die Reise last Minute gebucht und den Wunsch geäussert, ein ruhiges Zimmer in erhöhter Lage zu bekommen. Das habe ich auch bekommen, wenngleich es ein älteres Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht war. Es wurde stets gut geputzt, durchwegs sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Buffet. Abends hat öfters eine grossartige Sängerin gesungen. Der Shop war die grösste Überraschung. Ich habe dort alles bekommen was ich benötigte, dies zu fairen Preisen. Es fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttle in die nächste Ortschaft, die man wahlweise auch gut in einem 30-minütigen Fussmarsch erreichen kann. Als Solo-Reisende habe ich mich jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nur etwas und das war der Strand. Allerdings gibt es kostenpflichtige Alternativen in der Nähe, die ich auch genutzt habe.
