Verblijf in dit hotel gaf mij echt een huiselijk/vakantiegevoel...zeker een aanrader!..

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel, Top!

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen ...ondanks dat de ventilator in de kamer niet echt hielp tegen de broeierige nacht dat weekend heb ik het verblijf als plezierig ervaren .

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, aber nicht mehr

Die Sauberkeit war gut, Bett bequem,

Cons:

Der Empfangsraum war mir unangenehm beräuchert, da schon am mittag shisha geraucht wurde.
Handtücher waren wenig, nur ein duschhandtuch für zwei tage.
Eigentlich für das Geld zu wenig aufenthaltsqualität.

Wir haben eine sehr gastfreundliche Erfahrung gemacht und unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden mit unseren Bedürfnissen sehr gut unterstützt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt,man ist sofort im Centrum. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Útočiště v centru města s milým personálem
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita v centru Maastrichtu - výborná ke koncertu André Rieu na Vrijthofu i k následnému poznávání města. Výborná snídaně. Péče a nadstandartní ochota personálu. Příjemným doplňkem je domácí milá kočička "KUSKUS" - touto cestou drbeme za ouškem.

Cons:

Není vhodné pro starší osoby nebo pro lidi se sníženou pohyblivostí - úzké strmé schody.

Matuchi is not a Hotel.

The location and the 1 staff member we met

Cons:

This is described on your website as a hotel.but it falls short of all expectation of a hotel. The reception is at a bar till and that bar was a hookah bar. We climbed four flights of narrow stairs to get to an attic room with low ceiling space on one side. There were two very narrow single beds which made us feel like we could fall out of them. We did not sleep at all and left the building at 7am at which time the bar was locked and we could not check out. I would not recommend this accommodation to anybody.

Zeer goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt

Perfecte locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Schone en comfortabele kamer.

Cons:

Geen airco, maar wel een hele goede ventilator waardoor we geen last hadden van de 30 graden overdag

De manier van inchecken en uitchecken.
Daar werden we niet tot nauwelijks te woord gestaan. Bed slecht, badkamer oncomfortabel, douchen in bad. Met te lage douchekop.
Verouderde kamer…
Raamkapot, rolgordijn werkte niet, vloer stond bol… was gewoon armoe en dat voor 485 euro voor 2 nachten

Vieta gera, prie pat rotušės aikštės. Šalia kavinės ir restoranai.

Cons:

Nepatogios lovos. Dušas su WC koridoriuje. Nors jis ir skirtas tik jūsų kambariui, vistiek nepatogu. Nėra net spintos rūbams. Nėra net pakabų.
