For one night only.
Pros:

Location and breakfast, which was superb.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Sink in bathroom which was the smallest I have ever seen. No plug. Couldn't get the TV to work. Room was cold upon arrival. Check in was overly complicated even though I checked in online proir to arrival. Dirty mugs.

Basic place. Noisy nothing special.
Cons:

Basic room, shower tray flooded. Dust and i mean lots of it mainly in the extraction fan. WiFi was poor

The breakfast was very nice with an excellent choice from the menu. I missed the cereal and Danish pastries, however.

Great stay for a work trip, brilliant staff and fantastic food and drink.
Pros:

Staff and atmosphere was great. The room was clean and spacious. Food was amazing. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

You can hear a lot through the walls and ceiling. WIFI was hit and miss in the room, and Tv needs re-tuning

My experience at Miller & Carter was very disappointing, mainly due to the poor treatment I received from the staff and management. The way the situation was handled was unacceptable and left me feeling very dissatisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the attitude and behaviour of the staff and management, and I would expect much better customer service from an establishment of this standard.,,,I am absolutely shocked by my experience. The duty manager entered my room while I was sleeping and slammed the door on his way out. When I questioned him about this, his response was extremely rude and unacceptable. I felt completely disrespected and deeply concerned about my privacy and safety. The behaviour of someone in a management position was appalling, and the way the situation was handled has seriously undermined my confidence in staying here. I would strongly urge management to investigate this incident and ensure that no other guest has to experience the same treatment.

Perfect for Levenshulme!
Pros:

I was looking to go to Levenshulme and the location was 6 mins away on a straight road.
Staff were friendly, breakfast service and food good. If you want to head to the city, busses and train are nearby to save driving.

Cons:

Very small en-suite, micro sink and door almost hit radiator.

Great place to stay for our night in Manchester, very clean and convenient for public transport
Pros:

Our room was very clean, with a comfy bed and a decent sized bathroom. Although the room was situated at the front of the hotel, the windows must have had very good insulation as there was very little road noise. The hotel was located right next to a bus stop and just around the corner from a railway station, so very convenient for using public transport to get around Manchester
