Suited our needs for one night, but accessibility is an issue.
Pros:

Convenience, price & staff.

The breakfast menu is quite extensive and the £13.50 quoted on Booking.com is the most expensive option

Cons:

All bar one of the rooms are on first or second floor, there is no lift and the stairs to the third floor are very steep. If you have any problems with stairs make sure you specify ground or first floor.

Perfect location super rooms great staff and value for money .
Pros:

Location location location , staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size , restaurant on site and very close to some super cafes shops and the award winning Heaton Hops craft ale bar .

Great room and food
Pros:

I booked a night at the hotel and the rooms are excellent.
Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room decor is high end and it has all the extras you’d need, free Wi-Fi, parking, ironing board etc.
The rooms are only accessible by stairs, I didn’t see a lift, so that could limit visitors with mobility issues.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and a firm, great quality mattress, which was well received.
The food and service in the restaurant is also excellent.

Perfect for a quick stopover in Stockport
Pros:

Cooked breakfast was good.

Cons:

No fruit or cereal available at breakfast.
On a hot night, we had to prop the window open with a book to get any ventilation.

Pros:

Excellent welcome from the staff, with fantastic help from the manager, Dan, when there was a small problem with the TV. Nothing was too much trouble from requesting ice to our bags already being in our room with my jacket nicely on a hanger as we had arrived before check in and left our bags.

Room clean and spacious. The salad we had at the bar was delicious and well prepared.

Excellent value for money and we have already recommended staying to our family.

Cons:

A very small issue: one of the sash windows didn't stay open.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of Manchester we will definitely return
Pros:

Lovely clean room, large comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, the bar area is nice and the restaurants was spacious and relaxed. Evening meal and breakfast were both superb.
