We made a last-minute booking here and we’re very pleased we did. The hotel is exceptionally stylish and beautifully appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special.
It has clearly been recently renovated, and no detail seems to have been overlooked when it comes to the quality of the fixtures and fittings, comfort and overall welcoming atmosphere. Our room had a full-size kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, great furniture, and the real bonus of a luxurious two-person bath in the bedroom — which we took full advantage of!
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. For the price we paid, we were extremely happy and felt we got fantastic value for money.
We did try to book the hotel again a few weeks later when we were passing back through, but unfortunately the prices were much, much higher than what we had paid initially, which put us off staying again. However, for the price we paid on our original stay, we had absolutely no complaints and would happily recommend the hotel.

The Freeview channels only half worked, felt like the TV software was pushing to purchase their content.
The bed is very comfy, but the pillows was awful. They deflated to nothing and zero neck support.

We loved the room amenities; great to have a fridge, kettle and washer. Beds and pillows comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything is perfect
The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly and easy to walk to every corner. The staffs are also very friendly.
Nothing major. Only you can heard the water flow in the bathroom at night.

Very cool boutique hotel in just the best location of Manchester City Centre. Walking distance to everything, and fun around every corner. The room was awesome. I got a penthouse which was a two-story affair with kitchen and living room and even balcony. Totally cool place.
No breakfast. Tiny little bar. Which is all good, but it did make it lacking a little when I just wanted to sit there and work over brekkie, of chill over a beer watching the world go by. But believe me Canal Street 2 minutes away. Problems solved...
I love Leven! I've stayed there a few times now and always recommend it. Feels like a home away from home with the prestige of a boutique hotel. Beautifully designed, somewhere you want to spend time, quiet places to work and cosy places to socialise. Always my go-to when staying in Manchester
Leven Manchester es un hotel situado en un edificio es industrial completamente renovado pero manteniendo su esencia. la decoración es preciosa, la luz acogedora, los muebles muy cómodos y las habitaciones muy amplias.Todas las habitaciones tienen una pequeña cocina, con lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. haciendo que sea un mini-apartamento, muy conveniente si vas para varios días. Grandes ventanales, muy bien aislada del ruido, importante porque la zona es muy animada por la noche. El minibar está lleno de bebidas y también snacks para comer, todo de pago salvo el agua, la leche, te y café. Muy cerca de la estación de Picadilly, perfecto si vienes desde el aeropuerto o de Liverpool.
Viajaba con mis hijos y nos pusieron las 2 habitaciones juntas.
Finalmente, en el hall se puede desayunar de manera sencilla con croissant o bollería, preparan capuccino, chai tea latte o chocolate delicioso. Muy recomendable.
Realmente no puedo decir nada que no me gustase. Todo fue realmente bien, amabilidad, limpieza, buena localización. En mi opinión inmejorable.
