Ez az a hely ahol bármikor szívesen meg szállnák újból
Pros:

Csodás környezetben nagyon kulturált tiszta
A szállás mint a képeken sőt szebb a park nagyon rendezett
éterem tágas kinti rész is van hozzá :) vacsora az éteremben nagyon ízletes volt
Reggeli meglepően választékos finom személyzet mindig figyelt minden legyen bármi fogyott
azonnal pótolták figyelve a vendégeket is kávé is a reggeli része volt :)
szauna mint a képeken és nagyon kellemes
az étterem mögött kis vizessé nagyon igényesen meg csinálva
Mikor ott voltam ép egy esküvő is volt de kiszolgálásban személyzeten
nem volt észre vehető minden úgy ment mint ha nem is lett volna :)

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Il personale presente quotidianamente è molto attento. Pulizia eccellente. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Amir (spero si scriva così) onnipresente. L'Ho visto svolgere ogni manzione a qualsiasi ora, sempre sorridente e sempre professionale. La stanza prenotata era angusta priva di aria condizionata e di Wi-Fi. Mi è stata offerta successivamente una stanza matrimoniale (migliore) anche se presentava anch'essa delle deficienze (doccia funzionante male). La struttura è adibita a ricevimenti pertanto può capitare che ci sia frambusto alcune sere. La posizione è abbastanza isolata e lontana dal centro ma non per forza è un handicap

Cons:

Reception assente la mattina e mai presenziata. Trovo assurdo che il ristorante e l'hotel abbiano una gestione separata. Sarebbe molto più comodo e professionale che gli ospiti che usufruiscono dei servizi interni come pranzo cena o sorbire un semplice caffè debbano pagare ogni volta. Sarebbe meglio come generalmente si usa fare in strutture di pari livello che vengano addebitate alla stanza ed al check out vengano regolarizzate.. Cani randagi (presumo) in giro la notte in struttura ma ovviamente non è responsabilità dell'Hotel

Pros:

Amazing stay with delicious breakfast and great coffee. Friendly staff and great value the hotel is surrounded by nature great for kids so much space around and a unesco heritage fortress within 1 hour hiking distance

Pros:

Un complex turistic care ofera o experiență plăcută. Camera a fost curata cu saltele comfortabile.
Micul dejul este variat si gustos (pâine de tip lipie a fost exceptionala - am primit-o calda, la fel si branza).
Recomand!

Cons:

O mica parte din personal este vorbitoare de limba engleza.

Quiet beautiful sroundings and good location

Cons:

Harsh beds, missing some hotel essentials (shower cap,shampoo..etc). Could not enjoy breakfast because it limited to 2 hrs 6 am to 8 am.
