Overall a very good experience
Pros:

The hotel is stunning. We especially liked the garden and the swimming pool area - you could see it was very well taken care of, a real gem !
The location is great, you are close to Parikia without being in Parikia
Great breakfast

Cons:

A bit surprised about the prices of the drinks and food at the hotel (we paid 24 euros for two small beers at the bar of the hotel.. even the mini bar was cheaper 😅)

The beauty of Paros enhances by Yria
Pros:

The room size was fantastic. The decor was modern with touches of country. The general feeling I got was being home. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. After our second time having breakfast the staff knew what I started with and how I like the eggs cooked and did it without me having to ask. That is when you know you are home. The housekeeping was exceptional. A great place to stay. I am very happy that I chose this property to explore Paros.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything I did not like. Maybe if they had directional signs in the walkways showing directions to rooms numbers it would make it easier for guests to navigate the walkways.

Klas bir otel. Çok memnun kalırsınız.
Pros:

Yenilenmiş, çok şık bir otel. Personel çok ilgili idi. Hizmet muhteşemdi. Otelde hep klas hissettik. Kahvaltı hem göze hem midelerimize çok hitap ediyordu.

Für uns leider kein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis – große Diskrepanz zwischen Präsentation, Preis und tatsächlicher Erfahrung.
Pros:

Die Gartenanlage und der Poolbereich sind grundsätzlich schön gestaltet. Auch einzelne Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Leider konnten diese positiven Punkte unseren Gesamteindruck nicht ausgleichen.

Cons:

Für uns entsprach die Unterkunft weder der Erwartung an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel noch dem sehr hohen Preisniveau. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns die deutliche Diskrepanz zwischen dem Eindruck, den die professionellen Fotos und die Präsentation vor der Buchung vermitteln, und dem tatsächlichen Erlebnis vor Ort.

Der als „Spa“ präsentierte Bereich war für uns besonders enttäuschend und entsprach keinesfalls dem Niveau, das wir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse erwartet hatten. Auch der Fitnessbereich und dessen Zugang wirkten auf uns weit entfernt von einem luxuriösen 5-Sterne-Standard.

Das Frühstück empfanden wir hinsichtlich Auswahl und Präsentation ebenfalls als deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen an diese Hotelkategorie.

Besonders problematisch fanden wir außerdem die Darstellung des Strandes. Die Bilder können aus unserer Sicht leicht den Eindruck vermitteln, dass der gezeigte Strand unmittelbar zum Hotelerlebnis gehört. Tatsächlich befindet sich der Strand außerhalb der Hotelanlage; Liegen müssen separat organisiert bzw. bezahlt werden und sind nicht automatisch für Hotelgäste verfügbar.

Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch der Umgang des Managements mit unserer Beschwerde. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für sechs Nächte gebucht und wollten nach unserer Enttäuschung nicht einmal den gesamten Aufenthalt zurückerstattet bekommen. Wir boten an, die bereits genutzten Nächte vollständig zu bezahlen und baten lediglich darum, die restlichen Nächte zu stornieren. Eine angemessene Lösung wurde abgelehnt. Statt unsere Kritik ernst zu nehmen, wurde sie im Wesentlichen als Frage unserer „persönlichen Erwartungen“ dargestellt.

Wir haben unsere Erfahrungen und die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort mit eigenen Fotos dokumentiert. Jeder zukünftige Gast kann sich anhand solcher realen Aufnahmen selbst ein Bild machen.

Loved it, would definitely come back.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and helpful. The property was large and very well maintained. New rooms were nice and spacious.
The beach closeby was lovely for swimming.

Cons:

I loved everything, but I did find the prices of food and drinks very expensive. The food was lovely but it was very expensive.

We paid for a junior suite and we were given a basic room. The hotel describes itself as a spa hotel, there’s no spa, only a massage room. There are no therapists either. The hotel is 4* at best. Breakfast very average too.

WOW simply best hotel in Paros

WOW! What an amazing hotel. We loved absolutely everything, from the exceptional facilities and delicious food to the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by the staff. The room standard was truly exceptional and, in our opinion, among the best in Paros. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
