Staff members were pleasant and room big and bed comfortable
Needs decoration sorting
WHH hosted and extended wedding celebration for ourselves and close family and friends. Everything was organised by the in house events manager Chloe Walker who got everything absolutely spot on. we couldn't have asked for or wished for more. The food and service was absolutely prefect.
Loved everything, it was spot on. Great staff, fabulous outside space, quiet, immaculate room and outstanding food quality. Will definitely stay again.
Everyone is always very friendly, the rooms are nice and large and there is lots of parking
I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times as I visit this area on business regularly, and I also stay at several hotels around this area. I have never left a review of any hotels in the 10 years that I have had my business.
My stay last night cost over £160 pounds. I’ll show you some pictures of my bathroom and the grotesque fan that was in my room. Why would anyone be expected to use this in a room that you paid so much money for.
The restaurant was lovely as ever. If you ever stay here, DO NOT opt for a room at the court yard as you will be awake all night with the constant traffic and wedding party noise. It’s a quiet area, but you hear every single car that passes.
I ended up having to pay £7.99 on Apple Music for a white noise download, and even at that, I still woke up constantly as each car passed. Honestly the worst nights sleep at a hotel that I have ever experienced. I never even went for breakfast (which was included), as I was today shattered. I explained this morning, and the girl was really lovely, but I just feel that I need to leave an honest review.
I am staying along the road tonight for £109 and it is way much cleaner and far superior. Literally like night and day. The price doesn’t matter to me as I am travelling on business, but it will to lots of others.
Poor show Wentbridge House Hotel. Risky and utterly disappointing. Have a look at those pictures 🤮🤮🤮
What can I say about The Wentbridge? It's fantastic, that's what! We've stayed a number of times at different times of the year & it's always top-notch. Easy, safe, off-road parking, gorgeous rooms, fabulous food & excellent service from all staff. What's not to like?
Everything was excellent we attended a wedding it was perfect , surroundings food ,staff ,hotel room ,had a great 2 days hope to come again ☺️
Fabulous hotel with stunning grounds. The staff are truly exceptional.
The food is delicious and of a very high standard.
Thank you to all the team at The Wentbridge for their incredible service and attention to detail.
We look forward to staying again on the 30th 👍
We recently stayed at Went Cottage with our children and dog, this was in part to celebrate our 14th birthday wedding anniversary as we got married at Wentbridge House. Every time we have been back it’s been special, but even more so to be able to take our family this time. The cottage is immaculate, very cute and so cosy. We also had a meal in the brasserie and drinks outside on the patio which were excellent. The staff still remember us and this is a testament to the standards at the hotel. We can’t wait to visit again!
Stunning location - beautiful house
The bathrooms need an upgrade - no one wants a small bath tub with a shower over anymore - replace it with a big double shower & put in a makeup/shaver mirror!
Very quiet setting and lovely gardens and courtyard
I recently got married at Wentbridge & couldn’t speak highly enough about the whole experience. We booked the venue 3years ago & every interaction throughout the entire process has been positive! The Hotel itself is absolutely stunning, including the rooms & the outdoor areas. The Staff couldn’t do enough for you & made sure the day ran seamlessly, especially Chloe the events manager who was with us every step of the way & Karen the events coordinator who made sure everything & everyone on the day ran as it should i wish I could do it all again.x
Lovely stay as allways at Wentbridge. Food was excellent, wine was brill
The food was fantastic the staff couldnt do enough to make our party a great sucess. We werr highly satisfied
This is my second visit here with friends, the service is excellent and the food well cooked and equally well presented. We all ate of the set lunch menu, which represented good value. I had the beef ragu arancini balls followed by a cod main, would recommend!
Stunning location. The hotel and grounds were lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable and equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, luxury toiletries and complimentary water.

The hotel is privately owned and and is in a pretty village conveniently located for visiting West Yorkshire. We were welcomed with little pieces of delicious cake and found staff throughout to be both friendly and efficient Our room with its four poster was very comfortable and had a nice view. We enjoyed bathing in the gorgeous deep copper bath. Our dinner in the Brasserie was good. It is nice to find a hotel as well run as this and we would be happy to come back for a longer stay.
