Please note there will be no restaurant service or hot meals available on Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
Our All Inclusive Breaks include a three-course dinner with a £35.00 food allowance per adult for the evening meal. A full English breakfast is included in the package. There's a soup and sandwich lunch which is available between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Unlimited drinks are also included daily from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm per person which consist of house wine, draught beers, branded spirits (which are served in a single measure or with a mixer only), and soft drinks, valid and exclusively served at the Residents's Bar only. One glass only per person may be ordered at a time. Any drinks purchased outside the included hours are payable at the bar.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Location was good and staff helpful
The leisure facilities need some investment. Access to the pool difficult with only a short ladder . My partner would not have been able to get out of the pool if she had been on her own. Changing rooms and particularly the showers need new showers new flooring. Pool water was not very clean.
Access to rooms and restaurant difficult for my partner who is still recovering from a knee replacement in June. Delay on the bathroom fan in our room too long and it was noisy and dirty. Managed to stop the fan using a teaspoon.
Perfectly decent 3 star hotel, the staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was freshly cooked (no lukewarm buffet here!) and was entirely decent. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, and bathrooms, plenty of hot water. Totally fine for my one night stay for work, the town is pretty and has plenty of good restaurants and cafes as well.
The hotel is a little tired. The carpets are worn and frayed in both corridors and rooms. The facilities are rather dated, paint scuffed, etc. All cosmetic stuff, unimportant if you're staying for a a night or two and need somewhere warm and clean to sleep.

Very tired threadbare carpet and bed divan. No staff available on reception. No amenities as there was a wedding. The noise from the wedding.

We stayed a further night at this hotel but found the price to pay, for the second night, was greater than the original online booking
My room was clean and adequate for one person but to reach it I had to climb over two flights of stairs and pass through a wedding reception as an older person lugging a suitcase was not what I wanted the staff were very helpful but extremely busy. The building is clean but in desperate need of major refurbishment

On the second night it was impossible to sleep.Shouting and obscenities next door continued into the night. The night porter became involved but the problem was not resolved. Even when the voices quietened a little we could still hear every word. A big part of the issue was the room. We were given half of a family room with some loose insulation put between the interconnecting doors. It was like being in the same room as the noisy guests. Reception could not deal with the complaint because we had booked with booking.com.
Handy location
Noisey. Room was near to bar/restuarant and some guests still drinking, laughing and talking very loudly at 2.40am with the windows wide open! It was a stifling hot and humid night, no A/C. Could not have our room window open else noisier still . Very little sleep achieved before a very early departure

Staff were rude
All staff were very young and did what they wanted. A man was waiting over 20mins for staff to come and serve him
Had to move rooms at 10pm due to the smoke alarm in the room going off and no manager on site to deal with the issue
No disabled access at all
It was lovely spot
Really outdated. Bathroom was dirty on arrival floor not brushed, dirty towel and spray in bathroom sink.

Fantastic area within easy reach of the town centre, bars, restaurants and takeaways etc. Easy walking distance to Peel tower. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and accommodating - will definitely be back.
