Wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Eigene Sauna.Top, gerne wieder.

Das einzige Negative sind die Mücken.

Cons:

Der burde stå på siden at restauranten er lukket om sommeren, og at morgenmaden bliver leveret til hytten. Jeg er diabetiker og jeg reservere kun steder med restaurant for at være helt sikker på at jeg kan få mad, og selvom vi fik besked dagen før om at restauranten ville være lukket, så er det meget begrænset hvad vi har plads til af mad, når vi kører mc. Jeg havde bestilt et andet sted hvis jeg havde vidst det. Tænker at det er super hyggeligt om vinteren når alt er åben, men jeg ville gerne have vidst det.

Fantastische Blockhütte mitten im Wald. Totales Hüttenfeeling. Trotzdem aller Komfort vorhanden. Sogar Cheminee und eigene Sauna.

Cons:

Auf Booking war vermerkt: Restaurant vorhanden und Frühstück inbegriffen. Restaurant war geschlossen, Frühstück wurde in einer Box bei Eintreffen abgegeben. Immerhin: da ich mit dem Bike unterwegs war, hungrig und nass, gab es eine Gratis-Frühstückbox als Nachtessen …

Very nice resort. Top service.

Cons:

Pricey esp if you don’t get to see the aurora or starry nights… not sure why they are strict about the number of people in the igloo since you already pay more for a bigger igloo than a smaller one

Prompt customer service , the location , igloo and northern lights

Cons:

I deduct just 1 point for two things

1) I think if they can put some more details identification on the road to guide the guests how to reach their room would be great . For example room no 13 to 34 this side or planetorium right or west igloo left by putting arrow etc . We almost lost to find our accommodation.

2) A dressing mirror would be appreciable in the rooms 😃
