Merci encore pour très beau séjour dans votre hôtel !
Pros:

Très bien placé, hôtel a l’air neuf, la chambre très grande, litière est confortable. Juste au bord de la mer. La nourriture est bonne, proposition des produits sans gluten pendant le petit déjeuner, c’est rare à Namibie. L’accueil est top, les conseils, informations etc.. rien à dire. Merci beaucoup !

Could give a more generous helping of Nespresso coffee?
Also lable the pods Stong? not strong? Decaf?
black out curtains don't close the window - east facing is shocking alarm clock.

The cappuccino machine was broken and I specifically booked sleep at this hotel because of the breakfast and cappuccino in the morning. It would have been convenient because I always wake up with my cappuccino in the mornings.

Fabulous stay! Namibia has stolen my heart ♥️

It was nice and central. Lovely staff!

Cons:

The photos on Booking.com don’t really reflect what to expect. I thought the hotel was the classic building with the garden and view. We were not expecting such small room/shower on the ground floor looking at a wall. It was clean and nicely presented with a complimentary tv and tea/coffee and balcony for smoking as requested.
We’ve had a wonderful time in Swakopmund. Thank you for your service.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer. Zentral gelegen, alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
