Cisza i spokój mimo, że w obiekcie była impreza.
Bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie z pitną woda w dystrybutorach na korytarzu.

Cons:

1. Po przybyciu do hotelu musiałam szukać po obiekcie pracownika recepcji. Nikt nie zaproponował skorzystania z restauracji hotelowej, nie poinformował o możliwości zjedzenia posiłku. Wszyscy byli tak zaaferowani jakąś imprezą i przygotowaniami do niej, że pojedynczy klient wydawał się być zbędny. Trochę szkoda :-( Choć pani w recepcji miła. Przy wymeldowaniu nie było nikogo więc trudno ocenić.

2. Brak ciepłej wody....ani wieczorem ani nad ranem nie było cieplej wody w łazience. Nie bardzo było komu to zgłosić. :-(

Very friendly staff. Good říms 100%%

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that we arrived extremely tired, and there was no hot water in the entire hotel. We had to leave the hotel at 5 a.m. and move to another one where we could take a shower. However, we received a refund, and we’re very grateful to the staff for that.

Cons:

Au premier petit-déjeuner, nous avons pensé que la carafe près du lait contenait de l'eau citronnée, que nenni... c'était l'eau qui venait de servir à rincer la machine à café! Trop tard....Mon mari l'avait goûtée...


La personne à l'accueil qui me facture deux fois les petits-déjeuners.
Même si ce problème a été réglé, le personnel " ancien" nous a paru parfaitement attentif et professionnel, tandis que d'autres plus jeunes semblaient manquer de formation.

Jakość do ceny w porządku.
Pros:

Wyjątkowa życzliwość i kompetencja pracownika recepcji. Bardzo pomocne panie pracujące w restauracji hotelowej.

Cons:

Niestety, okres świetności hotel ma za sobą. Cieknąca woda spod umywalki, przerdzewiała rama kabiny prysznicowej, psujący się ekspres do kawy.
Brak choćby 1 gniazdka w okolicy łóżek.
