Value for money

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that fell significantly below expectations, particularly considering the price point.
The airport transfer service was extremely disappointing and, frankly, concerning from a safety perspective. We booked two cars: one was an old vehicle without air conditioning and, halfway through the journey, the engine broke down, leaving us stranded with still around an hour and a half to reach our destination. The children were then transferred, together with the luggage, onto the back of a pick-up truck.
What was particularly alarming was that the driver of the pick-up, carrying three adults and five children in the back without seatbelts, fell asleep at the wheel. I was sitting in the front and noticed what was happening just in time. The vehicle was at risk of leaving the road, potentially hitting three children walking along the roadside and the hut behind them. It could have resulted in a tragedy both for the people outside the vehicle and for those of us travelling in it. This was simply unacceptable.
The handling of the situation afterwards was also disappointing. Initially, the hotel was unwilling even to offer a reduction for the vehicle that had broken down. I was offered a bottle of wine as compensation for the inconvenience, which I declined, and I had to insist before they agreed to adjust the charge. This was particularly frustrating given that the transfer was already very expensive: 2.5 million Indonesian rupiah plus 23% tax per vehicle.
There were also a number of other issues during our stay. The quality of the food was inconsistent, and several ingredients listed on the menu were repeatedly unavailable, including avocado and fish. We were also never able to have a proper hot shower. On the final day, I was sent to another room specifically to shower, only for the hot water there to last for approximately two minutes before turning cold again,
Finally, we were charged an additional 2% credit card fee

Was gegen das Hotel spricht, ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. In der Nähe ist das Nihi Resort, welches extrem teuer ist. Sie versuchen wahrscheinlich aufgrund dessen die Preise im Hotel für die Übernachtung auch ein bisschen mitzugehen. Allerdings ist es fast dreifach so teuer wie veegleichbare Hotels in Sumba.
Und Trotz dieses Preises haben sie uns bei der Anreise zwei Kokosnüsse gegeben, allerdings haben wir bei der Abreise diese Kokosnüsse auf der Rechnung gehabt. Also der Value dieses Hotels stimmt für mich einfach gar nicht.

Nothing – truly nothing. It was outstanding from start to finish. The only downside was having to leave.

Could have more vegetarian food options in my opinion.

La nourriture un peu inégale mais il y avait un très bon resto derrière l hotel

Je trouve que le logement est très cher pour les prestations et en comparaison avec les prix indonésiens. Aussi, les activités ne sont pas à la hauteur de leur prix. Notamment sur la partie Bateau et Cheval.
