Great Japanese experience as family: room, view, onsen
Pros:

The view of Mount Fuji from the room is impressive. There is a barefoot path in the garden, too. It is very clean and calm. It’s a few minutes walk to the lake where you can rent a small boat and bicycles (we did both). Parking was possible directly on site. The family onsen has 40min slots which was perfectly fine for us (2 adults, kids 4&6). We had a great authentic Japanese sleepover experience :)

Typischs Japans hotel op rustige plek en met prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Dit hotel ligt op een rustige locatie in Yamanakako. Het is een traditioneel Japans hotel. Dat betekent je schoenen bij de receptie omruilen voor slippers. Dat is onhandig wanneer je wat in de auto hebt laten liggen. De kamer met lage tafel, stoelen zonder poten en een laag bed geeft een authentieke sfeer. Tel daarbij de tuin, de zitjes en het uitzicht op Mt. Fuji op en je geniet. De onsen is twee keer per dag een periode privé te boeken, heerlijk. We hebben prima fietsen bij het hotel geboekt. Wat laag voor Europeanen, maar goed te doen. Een fietstocht om het meer bij helder weer is zeker aan te raden.

Great views of Fuji located in a nice quiet town
Pros:

The view of Mount Fuji is absolutely spectacular, the onsen is nice and there is a pizza place nearby (New Mid) that is worth staying close to it already!

Cons:

Pour la vue du Mont Fuji les chambres avec balcon au 1e étages auraient été mieux

Et pour le onsen les meilleurs créneaux de réservation du soir partent vite

Un incroyable séjour couronnait par la vue splendide sur le mont Fuji
Pros:

Nous avons adoré la vue de la chambre sur le mont Fuji ( par chance il a fait beau et il a été visible 2 jours de suite )
La chambre est grande , avec le balcon idéal pour voir le mont Fuji
Le personnel est très bienveillant , à notre écoute même si la barrière de la langue est parfois un peu compliquée .
Le Onsen était super agréable en fin de journée ( beaucoup de créneau de réservation)

Prachtige locatie met geweldige service
Pros:

Vanuit de kamer hadden we direct uitzicht op Mt. Fuji. De kamer zelf is in authentieke Japanse stijl, wat bijdraagt aan de beleving. Twee keer per dag kun je een van de twee onsens voor 40 minuten voor je kamer reserveren, zodat je deze helemaal voor jezelf hebt. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Voor mensen die niet gewend zijn om op een futon te slapen kan het slapen wat tegenvallen. Een futon is vrij dun, waardoor je op een vrij harde ondergrond ligt. Er is een bed aanwezig, maar om hier met twee personen in te liggen is erg krap. Het bed zelf is daarnaast ook vrij hard. Zelf hebben wij de slaapsituatie opgelost door één persoon in het bed te laten slapen, terwijl de ander op meerdere opgestapelde futons te slapen.
