Превъзходен хотел с много любезен персонал. Стаите са широки,чисти , светли и много стилни. Леглото е удобно, а възглавницата точно мой тип. Ресторантът предлага много богата закуска. Принцесите и пържените филийки бяха огромно количество. Вечеряхме там и всичко беше невероятно вкусно и отново огромни порции. Препоръчвам го с две ръце хотела

Ristorante eccellente e camere ottime, la colazione un problema
Pros:

Stanza ampissima, moderna e ben condizionata. Anche il bagno pensato bene con abbondanza di superfici d'appoggio. Mancavano però appigli per gli asciugamani vicino al lavandino.
Posto silenzioso e ben piazzato, con parcheggio privato davanti che conduce direttamente sulla strada principale, riducendo i tempi per entrare e uscire dalla cittadina.
Il vero punto di forza però è il ristorante, a cui peraltro i clienti dell'hotel hanno diritto ad uno sconto del 10%. Cibo buonissimo, autentico e evidentemente fatto in casa. Davvero una coccola, è il ristorante che abbiamo apprezzato di più in Bulgaria. E inoltre il prezzo è bassissimo! 27€ per una cena completa di tre persone! Da dove vengo io (il Lussemburgo) con 27€ ci compri esattamente un piatto di pasta al ristorante, oppure 4 bottiglie d'acqua...

Cons:

Purtroppo, il terzo letto era un divano-letto molto scomodo che mi ha dato problemi alla schiena e mi ha impedito di dormire.
La doccia era alla bulgara, con il quarto lato del tutto aperto, e quindi c'era acqua dappertutto.
Ovviamente, niente ascensori, quindi non accessibile a carrozzine e valige pesanti.

La nota più dolente tuttavia è stata il giorno dopo, al momento della colazione (che peraltro si fa al ristorante, quindi bisogna uscire dall'edificio, attraversare la strada ed entrare in un altro. Non si può girare in pigiama e ciabatte).
Non c'era il buffet, ma un signore anziano (il capofamiglia, come abbiamo dedotto da vari poster) veniva a prendere le ordinazioni e a portare il cibo e le bevande. Il signore non spiaccicava una parola sola di inglese ed era anche molto lento, quindi ci abbiamo messo una vita per avere da mangiare. Per fortuna che non eravamo di fretta.
La colazione si poteva scegliere da un menù di circa 5/6 opzioni mi pare, di cui solo una era abbastanza compatibile con le abitudini dolci italiane - il resto erano tutte cose salate e in generale pesanti. Il cappuccino non era un cappuccino e non c'era nessun thè tranne uno al limone e zenzero, che io detesto ma non posso bere caffè quindi come cosa calda ho potuto bere solo quello.
Mi dispiace abbassare il mio voto ma la colazione veramente è un bel guaio che secondo me dovrebbero risolvere.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación grande y cama cómoda. Desayuno bien, no es buffet pero abundante. Personal muy amable. El restaurante tiene buenos precios y comida típica.
