Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto niente, l'hotel aveva odori terribili (tipo fogne) letto scomodissimo e la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare

Personale cordiale ma la struttura non è come in foto , sporca e puzzolente , i cuscini sono gialli, la doccia come la piscina ha la muffa , la piscina sa da fogna , è verde ,non è così grande come nelle foto e lascia una patina sulla pelle. Visto il complesso siamo stati dentro alla struttura un ora e mezza per poi decidere di andarcene in un altro hotel

Esperienza molto negativa all’Hotel Terme Belvedere.

Ho prenotato il soggiorno per i miei dipendenti, in trasferta per lavoro. Mi hanno riferito condizioni di pulizia insoddisfacenti, asciugamani sporchi e una doccia con componenti in plastica che si staccavano e problemi nel funzionamento dell’acqua. Il disagio è stato tale che volevano lasciare la struttura.

Hanno inoltre segnalato modi scortesi alla reception e un linguaggio volgare nei confronti dei clienti.

Ho ricevuto personalmente una telefonata durante il lavoro, nella quale i miei dipendenti sono stati insultati. Anche loro mi hanno riferito di aver ricevuto telefonate con insulti e frasi che hanno percepito come minacciose. Abbiamo registrato le conversazioni e intendiamo segnalare l’accaduto alle autorità competenti.

Le eventuali contestazioni devono essere affrontate con rispetto e professionalità. Per quanto vissuto direttamente e riferito dalla mia squadra, non consiglio questa struttura.

L hotel costa poco na perché i servizi dono tutti a pagamento (parcheggio piscina colazione che sapevo)
Una persona somma e alla fine arrivi ai prezzi degli altri hotel pero con un ambiente pulito tenuto bene.
