Keine 5 Sterne wert.
Pros:

Direkte Strandlage und die Sauberkeit waren gut, der Service am Pool war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hörte jedes Wort wenn die anderen Gäste am Zimmer vorbeigegangen sind, ab 7.30h ging das Frühstück los, auch der Aufzug war nicht zu überhören.
Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein und übersichtlich, für 1-2 Tage wäre es okay, aber bei längerem Aufenthalt hat man teilweise keinen Appetit mehr zu frühstücken, jeden Tag das gleiche.
Das Fitnessstudio wsr zwar geöffnet aber die beiden Laufbänder haben nicht funktioniert, den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen, er war nicht mal verwundert, hat sich aber entschuldigt.
Wenn man vor 15h ankommt, kann man nicht einchecken, obwohl das Hotel von dem Gästeaufkommen leer war, mir wurde angeboten am Pool zu warten, allerdings wird man dort sofort abgefangen und da man offiziell kein hotelgast vor 15h ist ,soll man eine Gebühr für die Poolnutzung zahlen oder sich etwas bestellen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Preisleistung passte für uns nicht, aber ein sehr pompöses Gebäude

Die Poolanlage ist wirklich schön angelegt, das Hotel ist beeindruckend pompös eingerichtet , der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer toll, die Zimmer sehr sauber! Zu Fuß entlang der Promenade Richtung Ort sind einige schöne Tavernen direkt am
Strand bei denen man abends gemütlich essen gehen kann

Cons:

Allerdings ist das Hotel aus unserer Sicht in die Jahre gekommen und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend in Stand gehalten, Plastikbecher am Pool, der Dusch/WC Bereich am Pool glich einer Ablagefläche und wirkte sehr herunter gekommen, die Liegen und Schirme waren am
Strand während unseres Aufenthaltes noch garnicht aufgebaut, dabei lief der Betrieb schon komplett und es wird mit einem tollen Hotelbetriebenen Strandabschnitt geworben - total schade deshalb hatten wir unter anderem gebucht um direkt auch am Strand liegen zu können… für ein 5 Sterne Spa resort hätten wir einfach etwas mehr erwartet, Preis/Leistung stimmt hier einfach nicht.

Kurze , fantastische Auszeit
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals,die tolle Lage. Schade das die Strandbar noch geschlossen war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut,Zimmer groß und sauber, toller Ausblick

Friendly staff, beautiful backyard pool and amazing beach.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good service, amazing food, the inner yard pool was amazing and close to the beach. Thry have also indoors pool. Massage service was good. Also, we went in the end of May, so there werent many tourists yet so it was nice and quiet. Weather on the otherhand was mostly sunny but sometimes it did rain with thunderstorm. Temperature was 15 deg during the night and highest temp 28 deg during the day. There arent many things to see near the hotel but in 6-7min drive with a car towards Peraia area, there is more shops and beach town vibes with nice beach side restaurants and cafes. It was really a healing stay. All on all, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel😊

Some little things like faucet in the shower was old or our bathroom lamp didn't work well.

Ontspannen verblijf direct aan zee en op kleine afstand van leuke restaurantjes
Pros:

Het was een rustig hotel om goed te kunnen ontspannen. De service bij de Spa en zwembad waren erg goed. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en de schoonmaak van de kamers en hotel waren goed.

Cons:

De wc zat los aan de muur (kitrand ontbrak). Douche liep niet goed door, al werd dit na aangeven direct verholpen.

Bra semestervecka om man bara vill slappa.
Pros:

Bra frukost. Rent och snyggt hotell. Klimatanläggning gav bra komfort.

Cons:

Fanns inga kvällsktiviteter på hotellet typ biljardbord. Darttavla eller shuffelboard.

Chciałbym zgłosić kilka istotnych uwag dotyczących mojego pobytu w hotelu.

Po pierwsze, zgłosiłem problem z niedziałającym sejfem w pokoju. Niestety, mimo zgłoszenia, przez trzy dni nikt nie pojawił się, aby rozwiązać problem lub otworzyć sejf.

Dodatkowo prosiłem o przygotowanie śniadań na wynos (boxów śniadaniowych) dzień wcześniej wieczorem, ponieważ wyjeżdżałem wcześnie rano. Następnego dnia okazało się jednak, że kuchnia nie została o tym poinformowana, a nowa recepcjonistka również była zaskoczona całą sytuacją. W efekcie nie otrzymałem zamówionego śniadania.

Kolejną bardzo niepokojącą sytuacją było zachowanie grupy pijanych klientów w dniu mojego przyjazdu. Zachowywali się oni agresywnie i w sposób budzący dyskomfort oraz poczucie zagrożenia. Zarówno ja, jak i inni goście oczekujący na zameldowanie, czuliśmy się niebezpiecznie. Recepcjonista sprawiał wrażenie zaskoczonego sytuacją, jednak zabrakło zdecydowanych działań zapewniających bezpieczeństwo gościom hotelowym.

Uważam, że kwestie związane z komunikacją personelu, organizacją obsługi oraz bezpieczeństwem gości wymagają pilnej poprawy.

The Gym was not available, the SPA was available only for VIP program. The receptionist were not so helpful, when I called them for something they always cut the phone on me before even finished talking.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed having a beachfront room with a lovely balcony.

Cons:

Unfortunately, none of the advertised facilities were fully available during my stay. The gym and spa were under construction, and there was active work being done during spa hours, which completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere due to the noise. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that some of the facilities were closed or undergoing renovations before making the booking.
