Disappointing property, lacks advertised services but staff are great
Pros:

Extremely nice staff, but this is not a five-star hotel experience

I want to start with the positive because it matters: the staff were extremely nice. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite and genuinely tried to be helpful. My criticism is not of the people working here.

The problem is that the hotel simply does not deliver the level of service it advertises. It is marketed as a five-star property, but for me this was not a five-star hotel experience.

The clearest example is room service. There is no room service. This would be perfectly acceptable at many hotels, but it is a serious issue when the hotel is advertised differently. Booking.com currently lists “room service” as one of the hotel’s main facilities. Google Hotels also says the hotel offers room service, and Trivago actually lists 24-hour room service. Inside the hotel, there was even information in the room directing guests to a room-service extension. Yet when I asked reception, I was told that room service was not available.

This matters particularly because the hotel is outside central Thessaloniki. If you are working from the hotel, returning late, or simply expect to be able to eat in your room at a five-star property, the distinction is significant. The restaurant also closes relatively early, so there is effectively a point in the evening when the hotel cannot provide you with food.

Faptul ce este adult only 12+ este ff relaxant
Pros:

Hotelul arata f bine, curatenia se face in fiecare zi , la piscina sunt sezlonguri suficiente, personalul amabil, mancarea ff buna. Hotelul nu este amplasat intr-o zona cu taverne si baruri , pt asta trebuie sa mergi pe jos cca 10 min.

Cons:

M-a deranjat muzica cu Ai de la piscina , prosoapele de la piscina ff uzate si jezlonguril de la plaja de asemene f vechi si uzate si faptul ca la ora 18.00, la plaja hotelului iti inchid umbrelele...la o ora la care soarele inca arde.Au motivat ca este o obligatie a plajelor private ale hotelurilor .
Inca un aspect negativ , camerele care nu au balcon, au nistee gemuri care dau intr-un hol interior, al hotelului, cu un iluminator, practic nu sunt in aer liber...

Lovely hotel but nothing nearby. Too quiet. No atmosphere in the evenings as no dancing in town even. Nothing going on a
Pros:

Pretty and very quirky. Beautiful mezzanine lounge area. Clean, bright breakfast area.

Cons:

Small hotel.
Nothing nearby. No night life/dancing! (although bus stop at the top of road)
Even the nearest two towns were quiet at night.

Magnifique séjour, parfait pour ceux qui cherchent un lieu farniente pour se reposer. Bel espace piscine, plage en face de l’hotel.
Petit dej très copieux et bon! Nous avons adoré

Pros:

Pidin sisustuksesta ja rakennuksesta,
Allas alue oli kiva ja sen henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista, ystävällistä ja mukavaa. Spa: ssa oli myös hyvä palvelu.
Siisteys huoneissa ja yleisissä tiloissa oli hyvä ja piha alueet hyvin hoidettu.

Cons:

Henkilökunta ei ollut 5 tähden hotelliin kuuluvaa.
Palvelu voi olla erinomaista minkä tasoisessa paikassa vain, mutta jotenkin sitä erityisesti odottaisi tämän tasoiselta hotellilta. Ei tervehditty, eikä hymyilty.
Koskee vastaanottoa (useampi eri työntekijä ehti olla, koska olin viikon) sekä aamiais salia. Tyly asenne.
Jonkilainen tahto-tila puuttui.

Ensivaikutelma pysyi koko vierailun ajan, ei ollut mukava tunnelma tässä hotellissa, vaikka puitteet oli kivat, mutta henkilökunta on se tärkein.
En tuntenut itseäni tervetulleeksi.

Aamiaisella hedelmien valikoima ja - esille laitto oli ala arvoinen.
Yllättävää Kreikassa.
Jos haluat mennä terassille aamiaiselle, pitää itse viedä pöytään tabletit, servietit ja ruokailuvälineet ja jos hait jotain lisää on kaikki ehkä sillä välillä siivottu pois. Pelisilmä puuttui, terassi ei ole iso ja usein 3 aamiais hoitajaa hoiti tätä, he olivat kuin robotteja, ei mitään kontaktia.

Nämä ovat tärkeimmät asiat jotka vaikuttaa siihen, että en tule enää tähän hotelliin.

Asennoituminen pyyntööni vaihtaa huonetta samantasoiseen mutta rakennuksen toiselle puolelle, oli tosi nihkeää, eikä sitten lopulta onnistunutkaan.

Din cauza camerei claustrofoba chiar, abia am asteptat sa se termine sejurul si sa plecam acasa.
Pros:

Personal care si-a dat toata silinta sa ne satisfaca nevoile , curatel , AC , piscina ok

Cons:

Camerele fara balcon care dau spre curtea interioara nu au fost pe placul nostru ba chiar am avut discutii foarte serioase cu sotia si am vrut sa parasim cazarea cu riscul de a pierde banii platiti . O experienta foarte neplacuta .

Absolutely nothing , the service was bad, from the 5 starts they deserve only 3. Attitude staff was very bad as well , they were laughing at us when we shared our experience of the stay.

Cons:

This is the the worst 400 euro that i have spend trough your services. And i wish if they can come back to me , so I can spend it at a place that deserves it, our showers were flooding and we couldn’t take shower more then 1 person!
The drainage system was not working and whole room got flooded, when we asked the reception person to help he said nothing could be done, but gave us towels to dry up the water.

We were in this hotel last year, this year as well, and I hope we will be there next year as well.
Pros:

The breakfast is varied and overall excellent. The hotel is very close to the sea and has its own beach.

Cons:

The sunbeds on the beach are quite old and worn and maybe they should be replaced with new ones.

Pros:

Room was lovely, pool was great, breakfast was plenty and sea was near by ,check in was fast ,staff was friendly & helpful, view out if the room was stunning .
We liked the drinks & food from the pool bar

Cons:

Hardly any parking for our car had to search & wait ,shower didn't stay put ,someone came put sellotape on that came off in no time,the beach beds and around looked like a building side (not plesent to look)Went to the spa water was freezing 🥶 but was told of the water is 29c told staff didn't apologise just freaked out & left
No music or any entertainment in the evening at all
