La posizione

Cons:

La camera essendo senza aria condizionata ti costringe a dormire con le finestre spalancate; essendo la camera al primo piano di una strada trafficata la cosa non la ritengo molto safe oltre che impedirti praticamente di dormire.
Segnalo inoltre che ci sono lavori in corso nel vano scala (non comunicati sul sito booking ne dalla proprietà in fase di prenotazione) che rendono l'accesso pericoloso dal punto di vista della sicurezze (fili elettrici penzolanti e poca protezione)

The stairs and downstairs was all under construction and I felt that the stairs were dangerous. Fortunately the staff helped with my luggage.

Buena ubicación para conocer Santander.
Tenían taquillas para dejar el equipaje a la entrada y salida, máximo hasta las 18 horas.

Cons:

En nuestra estancia había obras en el edificio por la colocación del ascensor, nadie nos aviso y la verdad es que era un poco trajín utilizar las escaleras en ese estado, pero solo es un piso.
El olor a tubería era algo denso en la habitación y la puerta del baño, es transparente y con espacio arriba, por lo que, hay que tener confianza. :)

Posizione ottima . Monolocale molto bello, e molto ben arredato in modo moderno e con gusto. Ampia doccia. Ottimo letto.

Cons:

Non c’era aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore ed essendo la nostra stanza al primo piano sulla strada non potevamo stare con la finestra aperta . Per arrivare al piano non c’è l’ascensore e in questo momento l’atrio al momento dell’arrivo è un cantiere proprio per la installazione di un ascensore . Il proprietario ci ha avvertito dei lavori (solo) 2 giorni prima della notte che avevamo prenotato . Si è reso disponibile a rimborsare senza penale ma ovviamente a solo 2 giorni dalla nostra prenotazione non abbiamo accettato anche perché eravamo con una coppia di amici e avremmo dovuto trovare 2 camere assieme in un altro posto con poco tempo a disposizione. Se fossimo stati avvertiti subito dopo la prenotazione avremmo potuto scegliere diversamente .

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy cómoda. Al lado del Mercado de La Esperanza y cerca del centro.
La atención del personal, tanto telefónicamente Sira, como las encargadas de la limpieza del apartamento Inma y ahora no recuerdo el otro nombre. Pero fueron muy amables y eficientes. Siempre dispuestas a facilitarte su ayuda ante cualquier imprevisto. Ellas han contribuido a que nuestra estancia en Santander haya sido todavia mas agradable.

Cons:

Bueno, no es que no nos gustase. Están instalando una ascensor y era un poco incómodo acceder a la planta. Pero es una buena noticia para los futuros huéspedes.

Si no fuera por el colchón… sería de sobresaliente
Pros:

Pese a estar en calle de tráfico, está muy bien insonorizado, es bonito y bien ubicado. Portal en obras pero no nos afectó en nada.

Cons:

Mi principal pero han sido las camas, ambas hundidas por la zona central, por lo que el descanso se repercute dificultando dormir a gusto.
