Cons:

os quartos muito barulhentos, as janelas não isolam o som externo, não tem acessibilidade, para chegar no elevador tem que subir uma escada, os travesseiros não são bons e o cheiro de ovo fritura na cozinha é muito forte, as vezes ao abrir o recipiente os ovos estavam escuros, rôxos, precisa melhorar, embora as funcionarias sejam muito atenciosas.

Cons:

Não tinha tomadas na cabeceira das camas, a tomada ficava do lado da televisão. Não tem uma mesa e uma cadeira para estudar/ trabalhar.
Muito barulho da rua( transito), acordei 04h da manhã e não conseguia mais dormir.

Ótimo custo-benefício, próximo de shopping e metrô. Café da manhã é muito bom. Funcionárias da copa muito simpáticas

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor. Tem apenas uma lâmpada central que não cobre toda a extensão do quarto. No banheiro, o porta toalhas na parede havia sido removido, dificultando pendurar as toalhas.

excelente localização, limpeza, e equipe muito solicita.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, facil acesso de aeroporto, centro de SPO, estadios, restaurantes, lanchonetes e padaria na esquina super facilita tambem para refeições na madrugada caso chegue de um show.

Cons:

barulho da rua - a acustica dos apartamentos é ruim com muito barulho da avenida.
