Nära till allt, prisvärt i området
Pros:

Nära till Metro, restauranger, shopping. Josilene i personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och ansträngde sig för att hjälpa till. Utan henne hade jag aldrig gett boendet 10 i betyg. Tack.

Cons:

Jag anlände ca 45 minuter före tidigaste incheckning, och Paula lät mig sitta och vänta en halvtimme, trots att mitt rum redan var klart, ”regler är regler”. Hon blev trevligare efter några dagar, men första intrycket var katastrof, så behandlar man inte gäster.

Cons:

Era um motel... Quarto super pequeno, sem janela. Parecia até um cativeiro.
Estacionamento péssimo, funcionários meio de mal humor, sem uniforme. Meio bagunçado, não passava a sensação de segurança.

Quarto limpo, escova e pasta de dentes, chinelos, café da manhã excelente. Limpeza e atendimento excelentes. Quarto fresco, mobilia nova.

Cons:

Quarto com janela de frente pra avenida, não consegui dormir nenhum dia. Muito barulho de ônibus e carros. A janela deveria der anti ruído ou deveriam ter disponibilizado um quarto pra mim nos fundos eu escrevi que viajaria a negócios. Não me trocaram de quarto mesmo pedindo.

Localização é excelente, na boca do metrô.

Cons:

Toda vez ao chegar ou ao sair... tinha ir até a recepção ("Estou saindo/ Estou chegando")... entendo que por motivos de segurança, mas outro modo deveria ser pensado para distinguir os hóspedes.
