klantvriendelijk hotel met aardig personeel aan de rijnboulevard gelegen
Pros:

De locatie, hygiëne en zeer ruime kamer met uitzicht op de Rijn

Cons:

Het restaurant met bijbehorend terras waren gedurende ons verblijf gesloten.
De voorzijde van het pand kan wel een verfbeurt gebruiken. Het is zonde dat alle mooie beschilderingen vervagen.

Het ontbijt was wat sober maar netjes.

Geniale Lage und freundliche Inhaber machen den ein oder anderen Mängeln wett. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Top Lage direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Unser Zimmer war groß und es schien neu eingerichtet. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Rezeption und Teile des Restaurants wirken unaufgeräumt.

Gute Zimmerausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Anfahrt zum Parkplatz etwas schwierig. Navi benötigt als Adresse "Schmittgasse 20"!
Warmwasser kommt erst, wenn das Wasser längere Zeit abläuft.

Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Very quiet area. We had comfortable rooms. We really did enjoy our stay. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners of the restaurants, which were always present when we had questions or needed advice. We booked the rooms with breakfast. It was not elaborate but a very nice and tasty breakfast with excellent service. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a parking spot. The hotel itself is only steps away from the river, Rhein, which is very beautiful and romantic. I understand that on the weekends they even open their restaurant.
We definitely will come back.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Rhein. Extrem sauber, ansprechende, hochwertige Einrichtung. Schönes Bad!

Keine Klimaanlage, unser Zimmer war sehr klein und direkt unter dem Dach., somit war es leider extrem heiss.
