The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was well maintained, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to fault. If I had to mention anything, it would simply be that our stay was too short! Everything else was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable experience throughout our visit.

Very friendly and accommodating. Showed us to our room and explained everything in the room, which was clean and had everything you need..
We had the room with the balcony and the lovely surprise of having a little garden to ourselves, wish we were staying longer to have enjoyed it more. Nice bar area and outside seating which was great in the sunshine

Sleek, modern and appealing with highly accessible parking. Including a bar/dining area which didn’t affect the peacefulness of the room as the noise was negligible at best. Well designed and thoughtful towards the guests. We both really enjoyed the breakfast as foodies!

Cons:

Safety being everything in a modern day hotel setting, we understand but the doors within this establishment were all quite difficult to open/keep open. Again, a negligible complaint but if you’re visiting with grandparents you will have to be courteous for them. On our stay, within the bathroom there were no complimentary toiletries which is absolutely fine, just something to bear in mind.

Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel. Ideal location for a function we were attending. Close to Lord St, but quiet in the evening. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.
Arianna was a delight. She was very welcoming and advised us where to park. If you turn right out of the hotel and walk about 50 yds, the streets off there have free parking. Breakfast was continental but very substantial. We will definitely stay here again if we come to a function in Southport.

Cons:

If I could suggest a line or tape, put on the edge of the step outside the hotel to prevent any trips. The flags on the step outside the hotel are the same as the front area. I didn't realise there was a drop and took a misstep. It was totally my fault as I was chatting and not looking where I was going, but it might prevent any accidents in the future. Thank you.
