Location ,owner and family were very welcoming ,and a lovely breakfast
It is in an excellent location being half way between Lord Street and the promenade. The room was not huge but clean and perfectly presented. The owners (ie the staff) were really nice and friendly.
There is no facility to park at the hotel but safe, free 24 hour on street parking (in a quiet residential area) is only 100 yards away.
The continental breakfast was excellent.

The staff, the service and the breakfast were all excellent. The hotel very good and in a perfect spot for all things Southport.
The doors were very heavy and on fairly strong self closing mechanisms, I appreciate fire regs etc but we needed to make impromptu door wedges so the kids could navigate the family suite and go to the bathroom etc

Beautifully decorated room with a really comfortable bed and an amazing shower. 50inch tv on the wall so can watch from the bed. Amazing continental breakfast in the morning. Good location for shops, restaurants and bars. The owner Roberto was absolutely wonderful cant do enough for you and really friendly. Will definitely be back.
