Luksusowy hotel dla wymagających klientów, najlepszy w Karpaczu i okolicy. Dużym atutem jest nie tylko położenie, ale fakt, że hotel nie jest nastawiony na masową turystykę. To gwarantuje ciszę i spokój na terenie całego obiektu, zwłaszcza na basenie, z którego roztacza się piękny widok na jezioro. Doskonała strefa SPA, znakomita obsługa, nowoczesne pokoje oraz pyszne jedzenie, z pewnością umilą pobyt w hotelu Seidorf. Zastrzeżenia mam tylko do zbyt skromnego sniadania jak na tę klasę hotelu oraz zbyt wysokich cen w restauracji.
Śniadania zbyt ubogie jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy. Bez porównania lepiej pod tym względem wypadają Hilton czy Radisson w Świnoujściu. Niestety w hotelu Seidorf brakuje stacji live-cooking, co w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym powinno być już standardem. Pomijam również wygórowane ceny w hotelowej restauracji. Jednak uważam, że Hotel Seidorf jest znakomity pod każdym względem, natomiast mój pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócę.

Aussi chaleureux qu'a l'hopial public. La Personne qui en charge ne notre check in etait glaciale : " bonjour. Remplissez ce formulaire. Vous payez la taxe sejour en carte ou en cash"?
Les informations sont ensuite récitées a toute vitesse, donnant l'impression que nous etions en train de déranger la receptionniste.
Un premier contact désastreux !
Desolé mais a 500 € la nuit, je suis droit d'exiger un accueil different que celui d'un guichet d'autoroute.
Pire. Alors que j'etais en train de lui parler, la dame a commené une discussion privée avec son collegue.
Cet accueil pire que mediocre donne envie de fuir.
Petit dejeuner
Correct mais tres inférieur au stanard 5* (si je compare au Sofitel par exemole).
Niveau 3* maximum : Golden Tulip ou Mercure proposent les memes buffets petit dejeuner pour 50% moins cher.

En depit d'une vue magnifique et de belles chambres, sentiment d'avoir ete pris pour un pigeon.
Personnel absolument pas a la hauteur du standing auquel pretend l'etablissement.
Une deception couteuse. Il y a certainement de bien meilleures alternatives pour un prix plus raisonnable.
Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich mit Innen- und Außenpools und verschiedenen Saunen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits, so dass zwingend ein Auto für Unternehmungen benötigt wird.
The swimming pools and the wellness area are marvelous. There are different types of saunas, a salt chamber, two jacuzzis, an outdoor swimming pool and two inner swimming pools. All you need to get fully relaxed. The food in the restaurant was very good, especially beef tatar. Highly recommended. The hotel has a unique atmosphere of serenity, calmness and tranquility. The view over the lake and the mountains from the hotel are magnificent. The rooms are comfortable and the car park is spacious.
We were not very much fond of the music played in the restaurant. I found it discordant with the peaceful environment, regarding both the volume and the genre.
Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich und nicht Service- und Kundenorientiert. Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
