Terrible stay: all-night wedding noise, poor hygiene, spiders, and unreliable Wi-Fi/mobile signal
Pros:

The location was close to the shooting range - we came to a competition, so that was convenient.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially given that we were visiting for a multi-day shooting competition.

On our second night, a wedding was held at the venue, and the noise continued until around 4:00 in the morning (we had to get up at 6:00). The loud music, drunk guests talking in the courtyard, and people stumbling to and from their rooms made it almost impossible to sleep. As a result, our entire delegation was exhausted, and we were unable to properly perform in the second day of the competition. The following 10-hour journey home after a sleepless night was also very difficult.

When we requested a refund for that night the following morning, our request was denied. We were told by the staff that it was “not their problem,” which was not something we expected from a "4* hotel".

There were also several hygiene and maintenance issues:
- We found long black hairs baked into the breakfast food.
- There were numerous spiders in our room.
- GSM/mobile phone coverage was almost nonexistent throughout the property.
- Wi-Fi was available in only a few small areas and worked in perhaps 10% of the hotel grounds. Even in our room, only certain spots had a connection.

Overall, the combination of excessive nighttime noise, poor cleanliness, inadequate connectivity, and the unhelpful response from staff made this a very unpleasant stay.

Tolles Gutshaus, super Pool,eher Hallenbad, Restaurant gut,großer Parkplatz

Cons:

Sauberkeit eher sehr mäßig, Möbel teilweise defekt, Matratze durchgelegen,Wasserkran war so verkalkt,dass kaum noch Wasser herauskam ( ich musste den Perlator anschrauben um ihn zu nutzen), das Zimmer 2 +4 liegt im Nebengebäude und darüber befindet sich eine Bowlingbahn. Bis fast 22 Uhr bollerte es ,als würden die Kugeln durch die Decke kommen. Die Zimmer sind dann eigentlich unbewohnbar

Sehr angenehm und wir werden wieder kommen
Pros:

Die Anlag ist sehr schön gelegen - ehemaliger Gutsbetrieb. Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr nett, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Restaurant am Abend war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Cons:

Sie Sauberkeit im SPA, u. a. rund um den Pool, hätte etwas besser sein können.

In die Jahre gekommenes Schloss mit Charme und tollem Restaurant, leider schlechte Zimmer
Pros:

Gutes Restaurant, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren bei der Bestellung eines Transfers sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war sehr einfach und wirkte ein bisschen trostlos. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sichtlich maximal gespart. Der Teppich war fleckig. Für ein Hotel, das sich so wie dieses präsentiert, passt so etwas nicht.

Der Standort und dir dort möglichen Gegebenheiten

Cons:

Leider ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Treppengeländer hängen stellenweise nur noch mit guten Willen an der wand, Haltegriffe in der Dusche ebenso, nutzen sollte man sie nicht.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Restaurant zum Abendessen. Magdalena an der Rezeption überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Zimmer Nr. 2: Direkt unter der Bowlingbahn! Extrem verschmutzte Teppiche, muffiger Geruch. Im Bad Haare der Vorgänger, große Lücken an den Fliesen aus denen Kakerlaken kamen. Wasserhahn total verkalkt, es kommt fast kein Wasser. Bett, Schrank usw. uralt und völlig ungepflegt. Als Gästezimmer völlig inakzeptabel.
