Clean and comfortable, ideal for our one-night stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, even at almost end of service, 10:30, they had a decent selection of food available. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Yes a little dated, but that didn't detract from the comfort. The large open garden and mini-zoo, yes a "mini zoo"!, were a surprise to find. Certainly would have kept young children entertained for a while (we didn't have any!).

Cons:

Evening meal serving times were a bit limited. So we ate elsewhere. OK, didn't help to have had a crazy early start and snacked all day while travelling. No one in the party wanted an early evening meal. The staff couldn't have done more to help though. Even bringing a menu up to the room to explain how the process worked.
