Son antipático. Y centrado en el dinero. Si cometes un error por accidente, aun así querrán tu dinero. Queríamos escaparnos dos días. Busqué un hotel donde se admitieran perros utilizando la función de búsqueda de Booking. Terminé en este hotel. Al hacer la reserva, indiqué explícitamente que viajaba con un perro. Recibo un correo electrónico irrelevante sobre niños. Unas horas más tarde, llegó la confirmación de la reserva y la confirmación del pago. Luego recibí un correo electrónico indicando que no aceptan perros y que no puedo cancelar mi reserva. Realmente no sabía que no permitían perros. Inmediatamente solicité la cancelación y el reembolso. No quisieron hacerlo. No creo que haya sido educado por su parte. Podrían haberme contactado y avisado de que no podían aceptar mi reserva porque no admiten perros. Eso sí que habría sido lo correcto. En cambio, se quedaron con el dinero. Como resultado, no pudimos reservar otro hotel (no puedo pagar 2 hoteles) y no pudimos realizar nuestro viaje.

Bei den einen kleinen Preis bekommt man viel.
Pros:

Ein sehr nettes, relativ neues Hotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber durchdacht eingerichtet und man hat an alles gedacht, sowohl Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die Dusche / WC Lösung mit Glasschiebetür fanden wir raffiniert. Die Betten sind gut ( wir mögen eher harte Matratzen). Frühstück war gut.

Excellent location, lovely hotel with great view
Pros:

Rooms were quiet, in excellent order. Shower worked well. Great view over the valley.

Cons:

No garage, but Manteigas is a safe town to park a motorbike on the street.
