A very comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Air conditioning, dog friendly, clean and spacious. Also liked secure car parking.

Cons:

Could not switch on the TV.

Ideales Hotel für die Durchreise, in bester Lage und mit Parkplatz.
Pros:

Extrem gute Lage, Parkplatz und Hundefreundlich. Zimmer war gut, alles bestens.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, obwohl ich immer einen persönlichen Kontakt bevorzuge, hat es so ohne Personal auch gut funktioniert.

Está bien para dormir una noche, está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y la cama está bien. Si volvería a repetir

La ubicación es excelente. La ducha muy bien pero el baño está dentro de la habitación, solo estaba separado el wc

Cons:

Tienes que ser autónomo para hacer todo. Las llaves se recogen mediante código que te envían en la puerta de la casa. No ves a nadie del alojamiento salvo al día siguiente a la señora de la limpieza

Pros:

Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais tarif négocié auprès de l'hôtel en face. Cafetière et capsules de café offertes.
Les bancs dans le jardin donnant une vue exceptionnelle sur le château. La taille et le confort de la chambre. Le calme

Cons:

Un peu difficile à trouver car pas de panneau extérieur hormis sur le portail.

Pros:

Perfecta ubicación junto a la ciudadela ! Parking privado y gratuito! Habitación amplia y cómoda! Buenas camas y almohadas! Muy buena relación calidad precio

Cons:

No tiene personal de recepción, las llaves en un cajetín difícil de abrir, hay teléfono de contacto por si tienes problemas !

Loved the location, enjoyed the room and would be happy to return.

I loved the location. The room was clean and bright. I slept soundly on a comfy bed.
Car parking was kindly extended too when requested, it was much appreciated.

Cons:

A Little Gem - if it’s available book it!
Pros:

This is a little gem of a place. Fantastic location literally steps from the old city; comfortable & clean air conditioned room, excellent parking on site and dog friendly with a large grassy area. Checking in was straightforward with good information provided. A shared fridge and coffee facilities round off what was a perfect stop in Carcassone. It’s really good value too.

Cons:

Very rare for us to find a place that ticks all the boxes. This one such place.
