Excellent hotel and a very good price
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous,very beautiful decor. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
Food at the Roof top is fabulous. Drinks are reasonably priced.
Roof top pool is very nice.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel a is very central location to some great restaurants.

Cons:

I cannot fault the Hotel.

A piscina no terraço é agradável com vista é um bar legal com pratos saborosos.

Cons:

O banheiro tem pouco luz. A internet é bem ruim. Tivemos problemas com ar-condicionado já na primeira noite dormimos sem ar-condicionado e foi insuportável. Mas no dia seguinte nos deram uma outra suite, e ficamos bem.

Lovely Hotel in a wonderful location but our stay was spoiled by the smell in our room.
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to many restaurants and just a 15-minute walk from the Medina. The foyer and ground-floor reception rooms are beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooftop bar and pool offer spectacular views over Marrakesh.

Cons:

Our visit was somewhat spoiled by a bad, sewage-like smell in our room (Room 503). It seemed most likely to be coming from the air-conditioning (no other guests we spoke to had the same problem). We reported the issue to the front desk on a few occasions and their response was to get housekeeping staff to spray the room with air fresheners which didn't solve the problem unfortunately.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We got an upgrade to a suite and loved our stay. Breakfast choice was plentiful. Loved the choice of pools too. Full body massage & facial at the spa was amazing, highly recommend. All staff were very friendly & accommodating especially “Red one” from the roof top bar.

Personnel,très à l'écoute et souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Grande chambre avec literie très confortable. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés.

Cons:

les abords de la piscine en bas sont un peu bruyants à cause de grosse soufflerie et les chambres coté rue sont un peu bruyantes égallement.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et l’attention de l’ensemble de votre personnel. Une mention spéciale à la cheffe de rang du petit-déjeuner, toujours souriante, attentionnée et très agréable, qui a contribué à rendre nos matinées encore plus plaisantes.

Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement Fatima, la masseuse. J’ai eu la chance de bénéficier de deux massages prénataux durant mon séjour, et ils ont été tout simplement exceptionnels. Son savoir-faire, sa douceur et son attention ont fait de ces moments de véritables instants de bien-être et de détente.

Merci à toute votre équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage chez vous et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Nous souhaitons également partager un point qui nous a un peu déçus durant notre séjour. Nous n’avions jamais de bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition dans notre chambre et avons dû en acheter systématiquement au bar à l’étage. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, nous aurions apprécié que de l’eau soit disponible ou réapprovisionnée quotidiennement dans la chambre. C’est un détail qui a quelque peu terni une expérience par ailleurs très agréable.

Gostamos muito da localização, próximo de muitos restaurantes e bares muito agradáveis. O rooftop é lindo, a decoração do hotel simples mas de bom gosto. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e os funcionários foram, em geral, extremamente dispiníveis e simpáticos. Recomendamos vivamente.
