l'hôtel où vous devriez être
Pros:

Je suis une cliente régulière de cet hôtel. Je m'y sens tellement en sécurité que mon fils de 5 ans peut se promener librement comme à la maison. Outre son emplacement idéal, il offre un confort absolu, un accueil chaleureux, un grand professionnalisme, un personnel serviable et un service exceptionnel, que ce soit de la part des réceptionnistes, des serveurs, ou même de mi Naema qui prépare un delicious msemen au jardin devant tout le monde (pain plat marocain), sans oublier les portiers. Je le recommande vivement et je n'en choisirais aucun autre.

Petite nuit à Marrakech en couple.
Pros:

Super emplacement de l hotel au centre de la ville, accueil professionnel et chaleureux, les salons sont magnifiques et la chambre est spacieuse, propre et au calme.
Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible, l un des meilleurs petits déjeuners de Marrakech avec un superbe buffet oú rien ne manquait.
Merci encore une fois aux demoiselles de l accueil pour leur sourire.
Franchement à refaire sans hésitation.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel... this time with my family of 7. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with amazing friendly staff. They upgraded out rooms...got our rooms ready early to check in earlier than expected. Then hotel is so beautiful with a rooftop pool and another pool on another floor which my children loved so much. The breakfast is delicious and had so many options. The bonus was that we were able to check out later due to our late flight. The service was exceptional we loved every minute of our stay ❤️ 😉

Thank you to all the staff members who made us feel so looked after much appreciated 😊

We kregen een upgrade en dat was zeer attent van de receptioniste nogmaals bedankt
Pros:

Het attent personeel en het gezelligheden van het hotel maar vooral het welkom fruit schaaltje met water en koekjes ! Bedankt

Tout est impeccable.

Cons:

Seul bémol bruit le matin sur le voisinage pour entretien gazon je pense à 7h30 du matin.
Mais ça passe par rapport à la qualité de service du personnel et la propreté de l’hôtel
