De tudo. O staff é ótimo. Na recepção todos muito simpáticos e prestativos! O hotel é ótimo, o quarto excelente, banheiro ótimo, cama muito boa, piscina boa, restaurante, bar no rooftop, tudo muito legal!!! E um bom custo benefício!!

O hotel é perfeito, mas ainda assim a equipe consegue se superar!!! Infelizmente tivemos um problema médico, mas recebemos todo suporte da equipe da recepção! O quarto é muito confortável e agradável. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito bem decoradas e as duas piscinas são um show a parte! Próxima vez que voltarmos a Marraquexe nos hospedaremos aqui com toda certeza!

Não tenho palavras para descrever meu agradecimento à equipe do hotel! Fizeram nossa estadia aqui ser melhor do que poderíamos imaginar! O quarto é muito confortável, com uma cama maravilhosa e banheiro também grande muito bem equipado.

If we comeback, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Staff was super helpful with any need; location is safe; there plenty of good restaurants close by and hotel also having its own skybar and restaurant which are valuable. Everything was great!

The hotel is incredibly welcoming — and that alone deserves an extra star.

The staff are very open, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. The atmosphere is warm, and the level of service is truly outstanding. I’d especially like to mention the hotel manager and a staff member named Ouissam, who provided top-level service and even showed us the rooms before check-in — something not every hotel does.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel it has everything you need, the facilities are perfect and the staff are fantastic! One of the best hotels I have stayed in, it’s peaceful, calm and tranquil.

Cons:

There is nothing to improve on as it is perfect! The staff are doing an excellent and exceptional job! They deserve praise for their hard work!
