Cons:

The washroom was smelling. Exhaust of the washroom was not working. When we asked to shift us in another room then the gave us option of room which was filled the smoke smell that we were unable to stand there

If you’re going for a work and staying for a shorter period of time, connectivity is good

Cons:

Food, it’s very bad South Indian. They have no clue. Chinese absolutely no clue, chilli, chicken, taste, sweeter, fried rice looks brown.

Horrible staff experience
Pros:

Only the location- it is the sole decent property within the area.

Cons:

Upon check-in, i was asked to wait for more than 30 mins to get a room. While the secondary guest hadn’t arrived, they harassed me for the id. Somehow, i was allowed to go in.
When the secondary guest arrived, they did not allow him to checkin. While the said they will confirm the guest’s entry with me, i never received a single call, neither on the hotel phone nor on my cellphone. When the guest asked sternly, they allowed him passage.
When confronted, they said, might be the intercom is not operational in my room.. Not sure where they pretend calling?
The next day, i forgot the keycard in the room, asked reception to issue a duplicate card, they created so much fuss. It was barely 10:30 am, and they started questioning me on my checkout rather than issuing me a key. Infact suggested to call the secondary guest for key, mind you, they never gave the secondary guest the key card in the first place ! Then when I asked them for fresh mugs, they gave me dirty stained mugs.
While checkout, i asked to speak to the Shift incharge, they said, they are busy doing checkout and asked me to wait ! Horrible stay..
