Horrifying experience in Room 311 – Absolutely NOT a 5-star hotel!
Cons:

I had a terrible stay at this property from October 27th to 28th, 2026. It doesn't even deserve a 3-star rating; it feels like just another cheap, neglected transit lodging near the airport.
• The Rooms: I was assigned Room 311, which was dirty, stuffy, and smelled of stale tobacco smoke that drifted in from the corridors. The floors were visibly sticky, the curtains were filthy, and the linen looked old, thin, and completely worn out.
• The Wi-Fi: To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional during my stay, making it impossible to get any work done.
• The Bathroom: Disgusting hygiene standards. There was black mould growing all over the bathroom cracks and grout. To top it off, despite booking the room for two people, they only provided a single hygiene kit and one pair of slippers.
• Service & Check-in: Complete disaster. I had conveyed our arrival time well in advance, yet the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed. The front desk staff were completely unfriendly, showing zero warmth with literal poker faces.
• The Food: We ordered sandwiches, and they were served cold, completely lacking in quality, and practically inedible.
Management needs to seriously audit this property. Calling this a premium or 5-star hotel is a joke. Save your money and look elsewhere.
