Excellent Stay
Pros:

Mostly Everything was good about the hotel and we had a pleasant experience at the Hotel.

Cons:

There were frequent power cuts leading to blackout inside the room, making it uncomfortable for our Kids. Also we had noisy neighbours who were disturbing even at 2 am in the night,

Pros:

Toilet was not clean in room no 330 AC was not coming even at 18 degrees

Cons:

While doing booking i clearly entered details about stayiing of 3 adults & 3 children and was charged accordingly but restaurant buffet breakfast reception had details only about total 4 persons and while entering the restaurant for breakfast person said only 4 person are allowed had some argument at that time which was very embarrasing never gave such thing that paid for 6 person and during breakfast they don't have proper information i always book via Agoda this was first time using booking. Com and i am upset
