Very disappointing experience – reservation refused and disrespectful treatment

We arrived at the hotel with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, but there was nobody at reception when we arrived. While my wife was trying to find the bathroom for our young child, the receptionist eventually appeared and spoke to us in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner.

Despite showing her our confirmed reservation in the Booking.com app, she refused to accommodate us and told us that we were not welcome and should contact Booking.com. She also made inappropriate comments about our clothing and appearance, which were extremely offensive.

The situation became even worse when she closed the hotel door and forced us to leave. We have video footage documenting the incident and can provide it to Booking.com and the hotel management.

We had done nothing wrong and simply arrived to stay at a hotel we had legitimately booked. Being refused accommodation and treated in this way, especially while traveling with a young child, was completely unacceptable.

I strongly recommend that Booking.com investigate this incident and that the hotel management review the receptionist's conduct.

Super poloha, ale průměrný hotel
Pros:

Velký pokoj pro 2 dospele a dve deti. V centru, blizko obchodu, restauraci, lanovky. Par mist na parking venku zdarma pred hotelem.

Cons:

Snídaně byla prumerna, teple jsou jen michana vajicka. Maly vyber, sladke pecivo nebylo dobre. Livance studene podavane mezi babovkou. Sdileny balkon s jinym pokojem bylo neprijemne. Spali jsme tu dva dny a jsme absolutne nevyspali. Pokoje smer k hlavni silnici jsou za trest. Kazdou chvilku bije kostel a do tri do rana tu rvou lide z mistnich baru.

Kirchenglocke um 7:00 bei offenen Fenster hörbar...war aber eher positiv,da ab 7:30 Frühstück war
