Lovely hotel, location and amazing staff
Pros:

Brilliant location right along the harbour, room was lovely and spacious, decor was lovely, breakfast each morning included was great with brilliant service and Karyna on the desk looked after us from before we even arrived until after we left with incredible service and recommendations on things to do. Couldn’t speak more highly of everything here.

O experienta placuta.
Pros:

O locatie pe malul golfului in Chania spatioasa, confortabila, curata si cu stil. Ai acces rapid la orice. Tot personalul foarte amabil. Karina de la receptie o comoara. Se mananca foarte bine la restaurantul hotelului. Sejurul a fost reusit si datorita cazarii.

The staff were marvellous and couldn’t do enough for us. We were a late booking due to a flight change. They made us fee

Absolutely gorgeous property. Such a unique renaissance home, we felt like royalty!

Lots of steep stairs. Not recommended if you struggle with your footing.

Saavuimme yöllä, mutta hotellin omistaja jäi odottamaan tuloamme, päästiin kirjautumaan hyvin sisälle.

Mahtavat näkymät vanhan kaupungin lahdelle, iso huone, sijainti huippu!

Aamupala oli mukava syödä alakerran ravintolassa rannalla.

Kylpyammeen tulppaa ei meinannut saada pysymään kiinni, onnostui lopulta ja kylpy onnistui.
