Ніка Чорноморськ
Pros:

Сервіс й клієнтоорієнтованість на найвищому рівні. Незважаючи на складні умови через атаки ворога, персонал робить свою роботу та забезпечує гарний настрій та спокій гостей.
В готелі є затишний куточок відпрчинку біля басейну, гарний сніданок і що дуже актуально - можливість сховатись від нічних атак на мінус першому поверсі в рестоані на м'яких диванах. Коли я зберусь знов відвідати Чорноморськ, то в мене не буде жодного сумніву де зупинитись. Однозначно це буде Ніка.

Cons:

Шахеди які тероризують Одесу, але то , нажаль, як шторм в морі, не залежить від персоналу готелю.

Pros:

Хочу подякувати персоналу який працював в ніч з 5 по 6 червня. В цю страшну ніч, дуже швидко та вірно відреагували адміністратор та охорона на подію, яка сталась в готелі. Після пожежної тривоги, вивели усіх мешканців з готелю, а прибиральниця пропонувала воду і запитувала, чи потрібна якась допомога. Дякую Вам, ви кращі! 👍🫶
P.S. В готелі дуже охайно, красиво та затишно. Смачні сніданки, спробувала майже всі☺️

могло бути і краще, якби не відношення

Чистий та охайний номер

Cons:

Зупинялись на 4 дні повертаючись з закордону, трошки відпочити та подихати морським повітрям навесні, не в сезон (але ж готель працюва!), в номерах було дуже холодно, на прохання ввімкнути кондиціонер для прогріву на ніч скзали - "у вас номери економ, тому не можна вмикати кондиціонери"! В той же час одна з 3-х адміністраторок на ресепшені весь день грілась кондиціонером, а коли бачила нас одразу ж вимикала....
Моя мама через таку холодину почала почуватись погано та по приїзду захворіла. Так як вона поїхала раніше на два дні, нам повернули гроші за дві ночі і це єдиний + з усієї цієї ситуації! Мене накрило трохи пізніше, по приїзду одразу лікарняний!
Хочеться звернутись до господарів цього готелю та нагадати, що якщо у вашому готелі є номер економ, це не значить, що до людей які їх забронювали має бути відповідне відношення як до "економ класу"!
Респект покоївкам за прибирання та бухгалтеру за швидке повернення коштів!

Абсолютно все: розміщення,.сервіс, ввічливість персоналу, умови проживання.Ми з внучкою перезавантажилися на 100 відсотків.Дякую за відпочинок, буду рекомендувати друзям і знайомим.

Мені дуже сподобалось, плануємо приїхати знову але вже влітку. Також окрема подяка, що дозволили бути з великою собакою
