Nuestro grupo se sintió cómodo, muy aparte de lo que se ve por la zona que ya eso compete a las autoridades de Medellín,

We would definitely not book in this hotel again; similar prices can be found somewhere else in Medellin, and every euro

Nice terrace. Relatively cheap.

Cons:

In our room, which was facing towards the big Plaza, we could not close our window. Therefore we heard every single voice on the plaza, which is a pretty-much no-go zone at night as a lot of homeless people and drug-addicts gather there. They are not dangerous, but not quiet either which lead to the worst nights we had in Medellin.

No puedo saberlo, ya que la reserva se cancelo debido a la mala organización del lugar.

Cons:

No me gustó que al haber reservado, nos informaron que no tenían disponibilidad en la habitación seleccionada y encima al ofrecer una menos "detallada" querían cobrar la misma tarifa.
Sin mencionar que en todo el día me dejaron en visto por medio del WhatsApp sin brindar alguna otra solución más óptima.

Muy mal
Cons:

No puede ser que no tenga los artículos de limpieza en sus cuartos papel, toallas limpias,no puede ser que no realice limpieza de la habitación y no tenga una copia de la llave de la puerta.
