Personel (dotyczy wszystkich osób) - bardzo miła, profesjonalna i pomocna obsługa. Wystrój wnętrza hotelu w stylu hiszpańsko - mauretańskim. Znakomita lokalizacja. Świetne śniadanie! Jeżeli będziemy zatrzymywać się w Ciechocinku , to na pewno w tym Hotelu.

Trochę głośno bo mieliśmy oko na ulicę. Szkoda że nie ma windy,Bo 2 pietro to trochę wysoko dla osób z problemami z poruszaniem się i wnoszeniem bagaży. Poza tym wszystko ok

Pros:

Personel przemiły, codziennie dbał o czystość, dobre śniadania i był otwarty na prośby gości. Właściciele bardzo miły, dbali o komfort gości, sami interweniowali jeśli widzieli że są jakieś problemy. Sami zmienili nam pokój po 1 nocy kiedy stwierdzili że okno się zacina i sprawia to kłopot. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Alles in allem war das Hotel perfekt, ich empfehle es jedem.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer perfekten Auswahl. Es war sehr liebevoll angerichtet. 10 von 10
Das Personal war sehr freundlichen und die Lage war perfekt in der Stadt. Zudem war es sehr gut das das Hotel Parkplätze hatte.
