Muy recomendable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, hermosa vista del castillo. Estábamos en el último piso con una hermosa vista. Excelente ducha. Puedes llegar con tu auto hasta el hotel para bajar las maletas y luego te guían hacia el parking que está a 300 mts. (€15 el día, descubierto y €22 bajo techo). Por la mañana excelente desayuno. Accidentalmente rompimos un vaso y no nos cobraron ningún cargo extra.

Cons:

El día que llegamos no funcionaba el wifi y la persona a cargo no nos dio mucha respuesta; estaba ocupado atendiendo el restaurante que está abajo del hotel y no fue ni amable ni empático. Por la mañana si funcionó correctamente y la persona a cargo en el desayuno si era muy amable y servicial.

Sehr gut, nur die Duschkabine braucht eine Erneuerung

Die Lage war super! Die Unterkunft selbst war auch sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Auch der Schlüsselbox war gut. Wir waren 5 Personen, hatten nur einen Schlüssel, aber durch den Box konnten wir den Schlüssel jederzeit füreinander da lassen.

Cons:

Einzige, was nicht so toll war, war die Dusche. Der Duschkopfhalter war kaputt, sodass der Duschkopf ständig runtergerutscht war. Auch die Duschkabinentür war unten nicht dicht. Das Wasser ist immer rausgelangt und der Boden war mega nass. Also der Duschbereich braucht eine Erneuerung.
Am Abend wo alle geduscht haben und ich drankam, war das Wasser völlig kalt schon. Es ist wahrscheinlich ein Warmwasserpeicher oder so, wo das warme Wasser irgendwann kalt wird.
Ansonsten alles Andere war top in der Unterkunft.
