Pros:

Из плюсов: бесплатная парковка, парковочных мест много. На этаже есть общая лоджия (балкон), которой могут пользоваться жильцы нескольких номеров. Питание нормальное.

Cons:

Из минусов: в номере не было холодильника и чайника, кондиционер не работал. Жили на третьем этаже без лифта. На завтрак приходилось ходить через улицу в столовую, и идти было неблизко.
