Excellent simple accommodation,and bar staff were delightful!
Pros:

Friendly staff ,clean room,basic but ideal

Cons:

Bit noisy when bar adjoining hotel emptied around midnight but only lasted about half an hour.

Disappointed
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Curtain didn't fully cover window/door. Nowhere to hang clothes. Not particularly clean - I found lots of grimy dust around (I wiped them down and cloth was black!) Almost impossible to fill electric jug from bathroom tap. No brush or dishcloth to wash dishes with. Overall quite dated and definitely not good value for money compared to other properties in Palmerston North.

Good location. Central to town

Cons:

Curtains did not fully cover windows - very bright outside lights made it hard to sleep. Lots of drunk people from the pub regularly knocking on doors. Someone's toenails on the floor.- not vacuumed. Milk in the fridge was expired.

Good food in the bar/restaurant! (Scallops & pizza.)

Cons:

Wanted a double bed but could only get two twins.
Neighbours were quiet, fortunately, but there is little soundproofing between units or the traffic.
Good to be able to eat in the room, but it's awkward to have to wash up in the bathroom sink.
