Great location, spacious rooms, good cleaning service staff, the food average, and the hotel has a nice cafe.

Cons:

The ladies at the reception do not have good customer service skills and they are not welcoming this is very essential for the hotel to have good staff, especially at the reception desk. Upon check-out, no one assisted us in taking our luggage, which was disappointing. No variety of food only Indonesian food was served for dinner.
