Good location, but not a good experience overall (pathetic internet and poor response of the staff)
Pros:

The location of the hotel is ideal, right next to gate 330 for Masjid-e-Nabawi and Bin Dawood supermarket is just below the hotel. Lot of restaurants with options all different kind of cuisines around in close vicinity

Cons:

Breakfast was average, eggs were not well cooked.
Rooms look old and internet was pathetic. No action was taken to fix the internet by management despite several reminders Even no signals for SIM inside the room so data also does not work. . Housekeeping did not even cleaned the rooms for 3 days although reminders were given. At the time of checkout, no one responded from conceirge or front desk to send a trolley to take my baggage. I had to go all the way to front desk to check out and get the trolley for my luggage.
