القرب من المسجد النبوى، إهتمام كاقم الفندق بالمصلين في بهو الفندق لآداء صلاة التراويح والقيام، نظافة الفندق بشكل عام.

Cons:

ازدحام المصاعد،تنوع بوفيه السحور لم يكن جيدا مع ذكر أن بعض الأصناف كانت لذيذة.

Pros:

I loved the people there. Especially the Bengali workers Fahim, and others in Floor number 6. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is amazing, highly recommended for pilgrims, and really close to the Nabawi. The Prophet’s grave is a little long walk, approximately 10-15 minutes. Staff were appreciative, and I love how everything can be accessed.

Cons:

We forgot to pay for breakfast and didn’t eat from the restaurant for my stay. I highly recommend the pilgrims to pay for breakfast and see his accomodation. If you don’t, you wont be allowed. Make sure to proofread the accommodation details to ensure the best stay.

Pros:

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent.
Room size is good

Cons:

The furniture was old, broke, and not clean.
There was a water leak from bathroom sealing.

Ok experience during end of Ramadan but ridiculous price so probably won’t come again

The location was the only amazing thing

Cons:

The wait for the elevator was horrendous for every Salah. It’s a very small/narrow hotel so you feel uncomfortable. The rooms are quite dark. They charged us so much extra for a child bed.
