Pros:

The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. It was only 10 minutes away from masjid nabwi. On the day of Eid the hotel made it very special and welcoming for hotel guest.

الفندق كله من أول الاستقبال إلى عامل النظافة ممتاز ورائع..

Cons:

1- الفندق في المنطقة الغربية يعتبر بعيد شوية عن الحرم وبالأخص في أيام الصيف والحرارة ممكن ما تستطيع تنزل صلاتي الظهر والعصر.
2- أقترح أن الفندق يكون له عربات الجولف الكهربائية (أو يتعاقد مع شركة لهذه العربات) لتوصيل النزلاء لأول ساحة الحرم الداخلية..بصراحة سوف يكون مقترح رائع إن تم تنفيذه.
