Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location in the city center. The staff are very nice and the view is beautiful. You will feel like you time travel in this hotel because its old but gold.

Cons:

Yes it's not the cleanest, they really would need to clean some things much more like the bath, but it's egypt and for this price it's really fine.

مكان مقرف القذارة في كل مكان وغير امن وليس له بوابة عبارة عن شقق في الدور العاشر في عمارة قديمة المصعد يفتقر لأدنى درجات الامان. الافطار مخزي . كما أن ادارة الفندق رفضت ارجاع باقي مبلغ الحجز بعد ان طلبت بالغائه وكنت على استعداد لدفع رسوم الالغاء حتى الدعم الفني في تطبيق booking متواطيء معهم حيث قامو بمخالفة القواعد الموضوعة ولم يستجيبوا لطلبي في الغاء الحجز

Jeg har intet at sige positivt om hotellet og jeg måtte forlade hotellet igen samme aften.

Cons:

Jeg bestilte en værelse med balkon og tildelt uden balkon. Jeg blev tilbudt en anden værelse hvor faciliteter er under al kritik. Balkon døren er så ødelagt og gammel at den ikke kunne lukkes ordentligt. Der er store sprækker i balkon døren. Hotellet kører med to standarder 8 etage som ses på hotel billeder og 10 sal hvor der kan betegnes 1 stjernet område og det bør præciseres for kommende kunder. Der stå også der er restaurant i hotellet og morgenmad buffet inkluderet. Jeg tilbudt at spise ved siden af receptionen på 10 sal. Sådanne forhold bør præciseres i annoncen. At der er første klasses gæster i samme hotel og en anden klasses gæster hvor 10 sal gæster bliver henvist til at maden bliver bragt op til etagen. Min værelse er så kritisabelt at jeg forlod stedet samme aften

Вежливый персонал, шикарный вид из окна на море и город

Cons:

Заказывала номер с большой кроватью, в итоге стояли две сдвинутых, с дыркой посередине. В номере не было полотенец, попросили полотенца, обещали, но так и забыли.
В туалете на полу вода, то ли кран течёт, то ли унитаз.
В стоимость не входит бутылочка с водой. Пошли покупать на рецепцию, сдачи не было, сказали потом. На утро сотрудник сменился, конечно, сдачу так и не получили.
Утром ждали завтрак минут 40.
Спросили, как приготовить яйца, попросили глазунью, но в итоге принесли омлет. Извинились, переделали. Потом еще минут 15 ждали наш кофе, не дождались ушли пить в кофейню.
