Pros:

Like rhe privacy and the big balcony and tge view

Cons:

Egypt. Great history - Grotty present.
Pros:

The breakfast was truly awful.
The hotel location was good but VERY noisy area.

Una delle esperienze peggiori che abbia avuto in hotel.

Capisco perfettamente che si tratta di un hotel a tre stelle e non mi aspettavo certo il lusso, ma qui si va ben oltre la questione delle stelle.

La pulizia della stanza era davvero pessima. Il bagno era in condizioni imbarazzanti, con WC e doccia rotti e trascurati. La stanza che mi è stata proposta aveva crepe ben visibili sulle pareti, un tappeto che sembrava non essere stato pulito da anni e un balcone sporco. Allego le foto, così ognuno può giudicare con i propri occhi.

Non c'erano nemmeno gli asciugamani e non ho trovato neppure una bottiglietta d'acqua. Il frigorifero era in condizioni talmente disgustose che ho preferito non metterci assolutamente nulla.

Purtroppo anche il servizio non ha migliorato l'esperienza. Lo staff sembrava completamente disinteressato agli ospiti. Avevo una colazione inclusa che non mi è stata nemmeno proposta e, quando ho chiesto semplicemente un caffè, sono stata ignorata.

Non cerco il lusso e non pretendo servizi da cinque stelle. Pretendo però pulizia, condizioni decenti della camera e un minimo di attenzione verso il cliente.

Per quanto mi riguarda, un posto da evitare. Le foto che allego raccontano molto più di qualsiasi altra parola.

It was an exceptional stay that we will never forget.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and on-time every morning. Although repetitive, it is a complete meal and is more than you would expect for the price you are paying.

The location is exceptional on the 10th floor as we could view the sea from both the window and the balcony.

The staff were extremely friendly and made this stay even better.

The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room and were more than satisfied with the result.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at first, but around the end of the stay it got better. Also, the bathroom lacked shampoo as we were only provided with shower gel.

it's in the middle of alex between everything
the breakfast was kinda small
the beds were comfy
close to the musuem


Overall, a pleasant experience and a good choice for staying in Alexandria. I would definitely consider staying here again.
