Pros:

Вежливый персонал, шикарный вид из окна на море и город

Cons:

Заказывала номер с большой кроватью, в итоге стояли две сдвинутых, с дыркой посередине. В номере не было полотенец, попросили полотенца, обещали, но так и забыли.
В туалете на полу вода, то ли кран течёт, то ли унитаз.
В стоимость не входит бутылочка с водой. Пошли покупать на рецепцию, сдачи не было, сказали потом. На утро сотрудник сменился, конечно, сдачу так и не получили.
Утром ждали завтрак минут 40.
Спросили, как приготовить яйца, попросили глазунью, но в итоге принесли омлет. Извинились, переделали. Потом еще минут 15 ждали наш кофе, не дождались ушли пить в кофейню.

Beautiful views and interior design, thank you guys!
Pros:

Don't expect much, and then this hotel would exceed your expectations. Asked very politely, they finally gave me a beautiful view room, w balcony. Staff is VERY kind and caring if you respect them; and if you tip them, they will treat you even better. Wifi speed is very fast. Clean linen, Nescafé cofee option n ok breakfast. Breakfast can be delivered just to your room, that I liked.

Cons:

A bit noisy, I sleep always in earplugs, so for me wasn't a problem.

الغرفه التى حجزتها مطله على البحر والمكان نظيف وقريب جدا من الشاطيء والخدمه راقيه جدا وخصوصا موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين جدا وودودين
وأخص بالشكر
الموظفه / منه فكري إنسانه راقيه جدا ومتعاونه وكانت تجاوبنى وتساعدني فى استفسار مما زادنا حبا للبقاء فى المكان

Hôtel à fuir absolument vraiment dégelasse - absolutly disgusting
Cons:

cet hôtel est une abomination un logement dit chambre double Deluxe à 31 euros quand on sais que le Ritz est à 45 euros.
Je vous engage à voir attentivement les photos prises mais pas après manger car ça risque de vous donner l'envie de vomir.
Nous ne sommes pas rester dans l'hotel et booking ne nous a pas aider à récupérer notre argent.
Les propriétaires sont des escrocs mais vous comprendrez certainement après deux jours en Egypte.

This hotel is an abomination – a so-called ‘Deluxe Double Room’ for €31, when you know the Ritz costs €45.
I urge you to take a close look at the photos, but not after you’ve eaten, as it might make you feel sick.
We didn’t stay at the hotel, and Booking.com didn’t help us get our money back.
The owners are scammers, but you’ll no doubt understand why after two days in Egypt.

창문으로는 북쪽 카이트베이 보이고
테라스로는 동쪽 시내가 보여요.

Cons:

조식이 너무 부실해요. 사진에 보이는 전부가 2인 조식 내용입니다.
저는 끝에 있는 방 써서 그런지 와이파이가 많이 약했어요.
