I loved the location, site but the staff member ( Ms Saly) wasn't cooperative

The reception staff wasn't helpful or cooperative they refused to let me check in until 2.30 pm and refused to give late check out until I speaked with Ms. Reham ( guest relations) which managed to give late check out by 1 pm she is very cooperative and keen person.
Also the security insisted to clear the beach by 7 pm although the sunset wad on 8.15pm he said its not allowed to stay after 7 pm on the beach!!! I don't know why

نعم كان الافطار لذيذا ومتنوعا والجو رائع

Cons:

لم يعجبني معاملة الكوتش المحجبة البيضاء والتي لا اعرف اسمها في صالة الجيم عندما طلبت منها ان تساعدني في تجربة بعض الأجهزة ، لم تساعدني وأشعرتني بالاحباط وانه لماذا أتيت للجيم وانا في اجازة خاصة بالبحر والاستمتاع، بسببها خرجت من الجيم وانا حزينة ونادمة علي أنني أتيت لهذا المكان ولا اريد العودة مرة اخري.

التلاجة كانت بايظة وحاولوا يصلحوها وبعدين طلبوا اني انقل من الاوضة طليت ان التلاجة تتغير ومحدش بعد كده رد علي طلبي
